★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe faz acompanhamento desde 2019 por causa do alto grau de miopia e degeneracao macular e até o último atendimento (26/03/21) não tinha do que reclamar, mas dessa última recebemos o diagnóstico de hemorragia vitrea "sangue no olho" e a medica pediu urgência para aplicação da injeção, e ate hoje não tivemos retorno. Ja fui na unidade, liguei várias vezes, a fala é sempre a mesma: que esse medicamento para o SUS é feito por doação e por isso tem que esperar mesmo. Esperar até perder a visão?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho do que reclamar com relação ao atendimento, todas as vezes em que estive na unidade sempre fui bem atendida e o atendimento também foi super rápido, outro ponto excelente é o espaço que é bem amplo e tranquilo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, na hora de marcar cirurgia e receber é rápido e ágil, porém a marcação de retorno sempre é demorado, em todas as vezes que retornamos com uma idosa de 81 anos ficamos aguardando mais de 3 horas, falta de respeito com os pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente decepcionada com a Clinica, fui indicada pela ótica que fica ao lado, a médica conseguiu fazer meu exame incorretamente, meus óculos ficaram com o grau errado, a própria clinica constatou o erro mas quis me cobrar o exame novamente e alegando ter passado prazo de 1 mês. E eu aguardando por achar que estava com dificuldades na adaptação.
Fora a desorganização no atendimento. NAO INDICO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito demorado e desorganizado. Chega a ser desrespeitoso com o paciente. Parece que pensam que a pessoa está por conta, que não precisa trabalhar. Minha mãe foi fazer uma cirurgia, pediram pra chegar às 07, cirurgia foi as 10. Marcaram o retorno pras 09:15 com a médica que fez a cirurgia, mas outro médico que ira verificar e tirar o curativo. São 11:51 e ainda não fomos atendidos. E outra coisa não oferecem lanche no pós cirúrgico pro paciente que estava em jejum. Não é pq a clínica atende SUS que pode acontecer isso. A clínica sempre está lotada. Incompetência dos administradores.
