Adquirimos um colchão e Box Queen no início do ano, e a primeira impressão após receber o produto foi que a empresa não tinha controle de qualidade, produtos cheios de linhas soltas que se descosturavam facilmente, 8 pés do Box racharam em menos de um mês.
Graças a Deus a loja nos deu respaldo e o conjunto foi trocado, na montagem a metade dos pezinhos vieram rachados novamente, e o montador fez umas substituições que deu certo até o momento.
Nos arrependemos da compra.
I do not indicate the mattress of this brand. We acquired a mattress and Box Queen at the beginning of the year, and the first impression after receiving the product was that the company had no quality control, products full of loose threads that were easily unstitched, 8 Box feet cracked in less than a month.
Thanks to God the store gave us support and the set was changed, in the assembly half of the little feet were cracked again, and the assembler made some replacements that worked so far.
We regret the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo lugar pra comprar cama. Escolha a cama e negocie. Já fiz diversos negócios lá. A qualidade é boa. E posteriormente eles dão manutenção se vc precisar e pagar. Não troco a qualidade por de outra empresa.
Great place to buy a bed. Choose the bed and negotiate. I've done a lot of business there. The quality is good. And then they do maintenance if you need it and pay for it. I don't change the quality for another company.
