★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei a experiência! É nítido que apenas os melhores trabalham lá! Ambiente lindíssimo, tudo muito limpo, equipe educada e atenciosa. Tem uma copa e uma lojinha com expositores. Tem desde corte, visagismo, limpeza de pele, mão e pé, depilação,... É completo! Tem estacionamento no local!
I loved the experience! Clearly only the best work there! Beautiful environment, everything very clean, polite and attentive staff. It has a pantry and a shop with exhibitors. It ranges from cutting, visagism, cleaning the skin, hand and foot, waxing,... It's complete! It has parking on site!

Quem realiza os procedimentos de coloração e progressiva são os assistentes, que são inexperientes. Precisei voltar pra refazer o procedimento e ainda me fizeram pagar. Muito luxo pra pouca excelência. Decepção!
Very high values and disproportionate to what it offers in terms of service, quality and efficiency in the workforce. Those who carry out the coloring and progressive procedures are the assistants, who are inexperienced. I had to go back to redo the procedure and they even made me pay. Too much luxury for little excellence. Disappointment!

Preços altos pelo serviço entregue.
Reception with excellent service, I didn't try all the professionals, but the two manicures I tried left a lot to be desired...haircut doesn't come out exactly with the request.

Tive ótimo atendimento do Cabeleireiro Marcelo, cara super top, alta qualidade no corte e tb no atendimento. É também fiz a limpeza de sobrancelhas com a Ana, super simpática e competente.
