★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na MHB Mármores, afim de fazer um serviço, ficaram de me ligar no dia seguinte para darmos andamento ao serviço, fiquei esperando e ninguem ligou, após quantro dias do combinado, entrei em contato, marquei para dois dias depois do contato, ja faz 1 semana, até a presente data ninguem se quer deu uma satisfação, acho nos dias de hoje em que todos reclamam por falta de clientes e serviços, uma empresa simplesmente descartar um cliente assim.
I was at MHB Mármores, in order to do a service, they called me the next day to get the service going, I was waiting and no one called, after four days of the agreement, I got in touch, I made an appointment for two days after the contact, it's already done. 1 week, to date no one has been satisfied, I think these days when everyone complains about the lack of customers and services, a company simply discards a customer like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou explicar o motivo de apenas 2 estrelas: o produto e a instalação são ótimos, não tenho o que reclamar, porém o atendimento que recebi não foi dos melhores. Deram falha nas datas agendadas e deixaram o entulho aqui em casa (disseram que iriam retirar).
Tinha urgência na instalação, mas não os pressionei. A instalação estava agendada para 14/12/2021. Fiquei aguardando o dia todo e cobrando, até que às 17h desse dia fui informado que eles não poderiam vir e a instalação seria no dia seguinte.
No dia 15/12 foram realizar a instalação. Deixei a torneira que seria utilizada para fazerem o furo de acordo, mas qual foi minha surpresa ao instalar a torneira e verificar que o furo era menor. Poxa, a torneira estava lá, era só terem medido antes de furar. Cobrei novamente e fui informado que no dia 16/12 iriam lá resolver. Dia 16/12 não fui ao trabalho para poder recebê-los (assim como no dia 14), e o que aconteceu? No final do dia fui informado que eles não conseguiriam ir. Reclamei e disse que já era a segunda falha de data que eles davam, e se comprometeram a estar lá no dia 17/12 no primeiro horário.
No dia 17/12, por volta de 8h45 eles chegaram ao local, porém a pessoa que eu havia designado para abrir o apartamento chegaria lá somente às 9h. Falei com eles e disseram que não poderiam esperar 15min. Reclamei pois a culpa era deles em terem falhado nós dois dias anteriores, e sabe qual a resposta que tive? "Você que deu falha conosco por não estar lá no horário".
EM NENHUM MOMENTO RECEBI UM PEDIDO DE DESCULPAS por parte da pessoa que me atendeu. Simplesmente foram empurrando com a barriga.
No fim das contas precisei chamar outro profissional para concluir o serviço.
I'll explain the reason for only 2 stars: the product and installation are great, I have nothing to complain about, but the service I received was not the best. The scheduled dates failed and left the rubble here at home (they said they would remove it).
There was an urgent need for installation, but I didn't put pressure on them. Installation was scheduled for 12/14/2021. I was waiting all day and charging, until at 5 pm that day I was informed that they could not come and the installation would be the next day.
On 12/15 they went to perform the installation. I left the faucet that would be used to drill the hole accordingly, but what was my surprise when I installed the faucet and found that the hole was smaller. Wow, the faucet was there, they just had to measure it before drilling. I charged again and was informed that on 12/16 they would settle there. On 12/16 I didn't go to work to receive them (just like on the 14th), and what happened? At the end of the day I was informed that they would not be able to make it. I complained and said that it was the second failure of the date they gave, and they promised to be there on 12/17 at the first hour.
On 12/17, around 8:45 am they arrived at the place, but the person I had designated to open the apartment would only arrive there at 9 am. I spoke to them and they said they couldn't wait 15min. I complained because it was their fault for failing us two days before, and do you know what response I got? "You're the one who failed us for not being there on time."
AT NO TIME DID I RECEIVE AN APOLOGY REQUEST from the person who assisted me. They were simply pushing with their stomachs.
In the end I had to call another professional to complete the job.
