★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima procurei esse lugar por indicação com minha cachorrinha com um corte profundo na pata eu moro do lado desse lugar e ela se recusou atender minha cachorrinha disse que tinha que ir embora que não dava não pra atender quando na vdd a moça da recepção disse ao telefone pra mim que ela estava com um paciente e q teria outra mas que veria se ela poderia me atender aí 6 minutos exatos depois ela não quiz atender porque tinha que ir embora ... Isso porque não pedi favor não tah sei o valor sei que e pago estava lá desesperada com o cartão na mão pra pagar e ela n quiz atender ... Mas graças a Deus encontrei um lugar ótimo que a pet onde ela toma banho me indicou na hora e corri pra atendimento de primeira e o carinho com minha cachorrinha foi outro ni
 I looked badly for this place by referral with my dog with a deep cut on my paw I live next to this place and she refused to answer my dog said she had to leave that I couldn't help when in vdd the girl at the reception said on the phone to me that she was with a patient and that there would be another one, but that she would see if she could see me there exactly 6 minutes later she didn't want to answer because she had to leave ... That's because I didn't ask for a favor I don't know the amount I know I get paid I was there desperate with the card in my hand to pay and she didn't want to answer it ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra. Valéria é excepcional. Levo minha cachorra para consultas com ela há mais de 10 anos e agora que adotei um gato obviamente já levei pros primeiros procedimentos como remédio de verme e castração.
A Dra. dosa bem a relação entre ser técnica e humana, mostrando amor pelo animalzinho e capacidade de execução dos procedimentos. Passa muita confiança na consulta e com certeza continuarei a frequentar o consultório e indicarei para todos que precisarem.
Dr. Valéria is exceptional. I have taken my dog for consultations with her for more than 10 years and now that I have adopted a cat I have obviously taken the first procedures like worm medicine and neutering.
The doctor dosses well the relationship between being technical and human, showing love for the little animal and ability to perform the procedures. Pass a lot of confidence in the consultation and I will certainly continue to attend the office and will recommend it to everyone who needs it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a infelicidade de levar meu cachorro nesse lugar, além de na "recepção" ter me deparado com carrapato no sofazinho (por sorte meus animais fazem uso de antiparasitários), quando foi atender meu dog tratou ele super mal na contenção, parecia ser uma pessoa totalmente despreparada e estressada. Virou uma luta entre ela e meu cachorro, me ofereci a ajudá-la e ainda fui obrigada a ouvir que eu não sabia dominar meu próprio cachorro. Super anti ética....provavelmente essas boas avaliações da Dra. Valéria Ferreira de Souza se deve pelo fato de ser barateira e dar jeitinho pra tudo (como ouvi na recepção). Mas qualidade não existe em seu atendimento, fora que a clínica tem uma estrutura péssima, pois os animais podem escapar facilmente e ela fede a cigarro. Precisamos ser mais seletivos com a saúde dos nossos pets.

It became a fight between her and my dog, I offered to help her and I was still forced to hear that I didn't know how to dominate my own dog. Super unethical....probably these good evaluations by Dr. Valéria Ferreira de Souza are due to the fact that it is cheap and gives way for everything (as I heard at the reception). But there is no quality in their care, apart from the fact that the clinic has a terrible structure, because the animals can easily escape and it stinks of cigarettes. We need to be more selective with the health of our pets.
