★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda de feijoada por telefone para 10 pessoas, pois era o prato que as minhas visitas gostariam de comer. Retirei a encomenda no local e para minha surpresa ao abrir as marmitas na mesa, onde todos estavam esperando a refeição, fui surpreendida com 4 marmitas de feijão preto puro. Até aí tudo bem, pq liguei achando que tivesse sido um engano, na expectativa que o erro fosse corrigido. Entretanto, tive uma surpresa mais desagradável ainda, a falta de preparo do estabelecimento em lidar com cliente frustado por conta de erro do próprio estabelecimento. Sugeri que me enviassem o complemento do pedido, ou seja, tudo que vem na feijoada de acordo com o que foi informado pelo telefone na hora da compra. Além de não assumir o erro,o estabelecimento informou que não tinha os complementos, ou seja, me venderam o que não tinham, foi aí então que resolvi devolver e pegar o dinheiro de volta e para completar toda frustração de deixar as minhas visitas sem refeição, não recebi nenhum pedido de desculpa e se quer uma manifestação de vontade de resolver o problema criado por eles. Total descaso e falta de compromisso com o cliente, o que me motivou com muita raiva e muita fome registrar o ocorrido a fim de evitar que outras pessoas passem pelo mesmo transtorno que eu. Repito, o problema não é o erro, o problema é a falta de vontade de corrigí-lo.

In addition to not accepting the error, the establishment informed that it did not have the supplements, that is, they sold me what they didn't have, that's when I decided to return it and get the money back and to complete all the frustration of leaving my visits without a meal , I have not received any apology and if you want an expression of willingness to solve the problem created by them. Total neglect and lack of commitment to the client, which motivated me with great anger and hunger to register what happened in order to prevent other people from going through the same disorder as me. I repeat, the problem is not the error, the problem is the unwillingness to correct it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante é bem iluminado, serve comida por kilo, tem a atenção de cobrir os pratos com plásticos e para pegá-los é necessário uso de luva de plásticos. Um cuidado por ainda estamos em meio a pandemia. A comida é extremamente gostosa e a salada variada! Não comi os doces do lugar, mas ao menos pela aparência é parecem ótimos. O preço é o da região, não tão barato, mas não é um absurdo. Como trabalho na região, sempre que quero comer de maneira saudável, vou até este restaurante.
