★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Levei meu PC que não ligava mais. O técnico disse que a MoBo e a CPU estavam com problema. Passou orçamento de R$300,00. Perguntei qual placa e CPU ele ia colocar, ele disse que ia precisar trocar tb as memórias e que na verdade ficaria R$800,00. Desconfiei e decidi não fazer o conserto. Meu pai buscou o PC, e haviam trocado minha fonte 500W por uma de 200W e o cooler do CPU por um que tava quebrado. Voltei lá pra buscar minhas peças. Comprei uma MoBo no mercado livre por R$70, troquei eu mesmo, e tá tudo funcionando perfeitamente.
Very disappointing. I took my PC that did not care. The technician said MoBo and the CPU were in trouble. Passed budget of $ 300.00. I asked what board and CPU he was going to put, he said he would need to change tb the memories and that it would actually be $ 800.00. I distrusted and decided not to repair. My dad searched the PC, and they exchanged my 500W power supply for a 200W power supply and the CPU cooler for one that was broken. I went back there to get my parts. I bought a MoBo in the free market for $ 70, I changed it myself, and everything is working perfectly.

Levei meu notebook que uso para trabalho e tenho bastante arquivos importantes de clientes, para instalação da SSD, foi necessário fazer o backup e não fizeram por completo, tive que voltar por duas vezes na loja e mesmo assim não recuperaram tudo do OneDrive e perderam alguns arquivos meus de trabalho, tive problema sério no meu trabalho com meus clientes, e assim tive que desesperadamente reconhecer a ajuda de outro técnico, o qual tive que pagar outra mão de obra, mas graças a Deus conseguiu recuperar. A loja em nenhum momento se preocupou em me ajudar, pois insistia nos contatos pedindo ajuda, e no meu ultimo contato com eles não me responderam mais, fiquei sem retorno. NUNCA MAIS!!
I had a serious problem with this store.... I took my notebook that I use for work and I have a lot of important customer files, to install the SSD, it was necessary to do a backup and they didn't do it completely, I had to go back to the store twice and even then they didn't recover everything from OneDrive and lost some of my work files, I had a serious problem in my work with my clients, and so I had to desperately acknowledge the help of another technician, who had to pay another manpower, but thanks to God managed to recover. The store never bothered to help me, as it insisted on the contacts asking for help, and in my last contact with them they didn't answer me anymore, I got no return. NEVER!!
