Me desloquei até o estabelecimento no horário informado para o atendente me informar que o componente não havia sido entregue e somente chegaria na semana seguinte. Estou com o equipamento parado por todo o fim de semana pois confiei na informação do atendente.
I called asking for an electronic component, I was informed that it would be provided until 3 pm. I went to the establishment at the time indicated for the attendant to inform me that the component had not been delivered and would only arrive the following week. I have the equipment stopped for the whole weekend because I trusted the attendant's information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativa .. se negaram na me ajudar. Comprei um cabo para o projetor da igreja. Mas verifiquei que era a metragem errada. Solicitei a troca e pagar o valor de diferença, se recusaram e ainda falaram vai lá no Procon.
Negative .. they refused to help me. I bought a cable for the church projector. But I found that it was the wrong footage. I requested the exchange and paid the difference amount, they refused and even said go there at Procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo contato com eles por telefone, me passaram o novo endereço que eles estão atendendo, porém já vim 3 vezes nos horários de atendimento e nunca tem ninguém, minha esposa veio na segunda tinha carro porém ninguém atende o portão que fica trancado .... Gosto da loja, mais estão pecando nisso
I can't reach them by phone, they gave me the new address they are attending, but I have come 3 times during office hours and there is never anyone, my wife came on Monday, she had a car but no one answers the gate that is locked ... I like the store, more are sinning in it
