★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha foi indicada a fazer um curso preparatório pra jovem aprendiz, fez o curso, porém agora pra receber o certificado e pegar o encaminhamento, as informações são muito obscuras, 1..fui buscar o certificado ela tinha que estar junto o que não falaram em nenhum momento..2. Disserem que iriam encaminhar ela, agora não e mais vai ter agência que vai isso..não passaram o nome da agencia..3 tbm não sabem pra qual empresa será encaminhada..só a agência sabe..
4 comprimento de horário e luxo..por que disseram pra ir buscar o certificado 14 : 30..fui atendido nas 15.40.depois que 5 funcionários perguntaram o que eu fazia lá..até que veio 1 ..e me disse todas as informações que disserem por telefone..e disse que as informações são passadas por telefone...ou seja não se falam nem entre eles..pra combinar a informação ao menos.. resumindo, de proficional não tem nada ..péssima experiência...

Cobrei diversas vezes o contato e quando me retornaram pelo whatsapp contaram uma história e disseram que alguém iria ligar. Bom... Não ligaram! Desisti e procurei outra empresa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi tranquilo, assinei o contrato do Curso e no dia 09/11/20 começo fazer o curso. Todos os funcionários são muito prestativos, mas o meu obrigado vai em especial para Rafaela e Thiago pela força que me deram no sábado e eles sabem muito bem o que estou falando.
It was easy, I signed the Course contract and on 09/11/20 I start taking the course. All the staff are very helpful, but my thanks go especially to Rafaela and Thiago for the strength they gave me on Saturday and they know what I'm talking about.
