Compareci 8 (oito) dias depois da data marcada, para pegar. Para minha surpresa não fizeram absolutamente nada e ainda queriam me cobrar R$38,00 pra eu pegar em 2 horas.
Terrible!! I left an electric iron to solder a piece. They gave me a budget of R$20.00. This was on a Friday. They asked me until Tuesday of the following week to deliver. I attended 8 (eight) days after the scheduled date to pick up. To my surprise they did absolutely nothing and still wanted to charge me R$38.00 to pick me up in 2 hours.

Não estou generalizando, mas uma pessoa que me atendeu me tratou muito mal, pois foi testar um item e eu disse que não queria mais, ele queria que eu levasse, mesmo não valendo a pena, pois ele disse que tinha perdido seu tempo em atender a cliente (no caso eu). Queria me obrigar a pagar o dobro por uma borracha de vedação de uma cafeteira que ele tinha usado para o teste. Paguei o valor justo, o valor que o produto valia. Sai de lá sem entender o pq de ser tratada com tanto desdém.
The service could be better. I'm not generalizing, but a person who attended me treated me very badly, because he was testing an item and I said I didn't want more, he wanted me to take it, even though it wasn't worth it, because he said he had wasted his time in answering the client (in this case me). He wanted to make me pay double for a rubber seal from a coffee maker he'd used for the test. I paid fair value, what the product was worth. Get out of there without understanding why you are treated with such disdain.
