Quando vc vai devolver, demoram para tomar atitude e não fazem nada para ajudar o ex-inquilino, só ficam do lado do locador. Só prejuízo. Além de gastar uma fortuna para ajustar coisas no apt que eram problema do dono, ainda jogaram todo o gasto de burocracia para a gente. Perdemos muito dinheiro. Não recomendo a ninguém. Façam tudo pelo Quinto Andar.
