★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vocês não quiserem dor de cabeça durante o aluguel e também após, aconselho a procurarem outra imobiliária. Além do péssimo atendimento, não sabem administrar corretamente o contrato (contas simples como valores devidos, controle de pagamento e recebimentos, juros etc deixam a desejar).
Caso facam negócios na questão aluguel, aconselho a exigirem que faça o contrato de locação + contrato entre vcs e a imobiliária (no caso de vcs serem os locatários) pois no nosso caso nao o fazeram. Exijam a razão social + CNPJ da empresa no contrato ou, no mínimo, o nome do responsável com o número dos docs (especialmente o Creci).
Foi uma péssima vivência, tanto que tivemos que dar andamento sozinhos nas pequenas causas para acionar o inquelino, coisa que era no minimo obrigatório darem de forma satisfatória (o que nao foi).
