Terrible attendance. They don't answer WhatsApp, they don't even answer the store phone. Several days trying and nothing. Grade 0. They think they are doing the customer a favor by selling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há anos que eles vendem muito, lucram bastante, mas nunca se preocuparam com o bem estar dos clientes. Os preços são bem melhores do que os praticados na citerol, mas o atendimento dessa ,e muito mais completo do que o atendimento da miliciano.
They've been selling a lot for years, making a lot of profit, but they've never cared about the well-being of their customers. The prices are much better than those practiced at citerol, but the service of this one is much more complete than the service of the militia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são bons si comparados com outras lojas do Prado... Porém o atendimento é horrível péssimo... Tem uma funcionária no estabelecimento que eu não sei o nome dela mas é fácil de identificá-la por suas características... É uma moça da pele morena com uma tatuagem de beijo na altura dos seios... Muito sem educação impaciente e ainda grita quando a gente não escuta o que ela fala... Teve um momento que falei com a sem educação que não iria levar mais o produto que pedi e ela logo em seguida fechou a cara e ainda achou ruim como se estivesse me fazendo algum favor!!!
The prices are good compared to other Prado stores... But the service is horrible, terrible... There is an employee at the establishment whose name I don't know but it's easy to identify her by her characteristics... dark-skinned girl with a kiss tattoo on her breasts... Very impolite impatient and still screams when we don't listen to what she says... There was a moment when I told the impolite that I wouldn't take it anymore. product I asked for and she immediately closed her face and still thought it was bad as if she was doing me a favor!!!

Terrible service and they don't meet the agreed deadlines. They seem to be doing the customer a favor. But good prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibilizam um telefone whatsapp, ficam online, mas não respondem. Realizei o pagamento via pix encomendando algumas camisas, pedi confirmação de recebimento do pedido e não falam nada. Devem achar que estão fazendo favor aos clientes. Ultima vez que compro lá e não recomendo!
They provide a whatsapp phone, stay online, but do not respond. I made the payment via pix ordering some shirts, asked for confirmation of receipt of the order and they didn't say anything. They must think they are doing their customers a favor. Last time I shop there and I don't recommend it!
