O serviço ficou perfeito (mesmo tendo sido repintado um para choque preto perolizado, não se via diferença, o que é dificílimo).
Nunca vi revitalização de pintura mais bem feita

Primeira vez que fui levei carro por causa do seguro. Todas as vezes que retornei, retornei como particular pela qualidade do serviço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu carro foi para a oficina por indicação da corretora de seguros e da Itau Seguradora (que também deixaram muito a desejar). Enrolaram a entrega do carro por mais de dois meses, devido a vários serviços que eles deixaram de executar ou por causa de outros problemas que eles não resolveram conforme orçamento. Não recomendo
My car went to the garage as directed by the insurance broker and Itau Seguradora (who also left much to be desired). They rolled over the delivery of the car for more than two months due to various services that they failed to perform or because of other problems that they did not solve as per budget. I do not recommend

O serviço da Zurich nem vem ao caso, mas é péssimo.
A oficina não dá para dizer que o serviço deles é ruim, porque para ser ruim tem que melhorar muito.
Uma oficina que libera seu carro com os parafusos todos soltos e não assume responsabilidade nenhuma? Nunca mais...
Carro precisa ter segurança.... Liberaram meu carro com parafusos da direção e do câmbio soltos, itens básicos de segurança... tive que levar em outra oficina para resolver o problema...
Aí o gerente lá diz que são muitos carros e muita gente trabalhando lá... filho, se não sabe gerir uma empresa grande, fecha as portas e abre um buteco...
I took the car to this workshop believing it would be the best because it was recommended by Zurich (Insurance Company).
Zurich's service is beside the point, but it sucks.
The workshop cannot say that their service is bad, because to be bad it has to improve a lot.
A workshop that releases your car with all the screws loose and does not assume any responsibility? Never...
Car needs to be safe .... They released my car with loose steering and gear screws, basic safety items ... I had to take it to another workshop to solve the problem ...
Then the manager there says that there are a lot of cars and a lot of people working there ... son, if you don't know how to run a big company, close the doors and open a boutique ...
