★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os vendedores tem um atendimento especial para com o cliente, são atenciosos, eficientes, dinâmicos e eficazes, porém minha experiência com a loja em Mossoró respectivamente é que SEMPRE faltam equipamentos, alfaiate, utensílios, bordados, Breves, coberturas entre outros requisitos básicos para aquisição policial. O que tem na CASERNA em NATAL, quase SEMPRE NÃO tem em Mossoró ou em sua maioria é para fazer pedidos. Eu já esperei 2 meses por um único brevê e acabei desistindo da compra.
Assim sendo, Por ser a "ÚNICA" loja de artigos militares no interior, deveriam atender a demanda como na capital de forma melhor ou igualitária.

A loja dispõe de um bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários. Precisa melhorar só a localização ou a divulgação da localidade.
