Mas, dia 03/12/18 fiz a compra de um item maior ( cama box ) e até agora não recebi a mercadoria. Não fui contatada embora tenha deixado tudo pago ( mercadoria+ frete ). Percebi um dos contatos incorreto e no outro nenhuma ligação. Tentei desde as 09:45 da manhã de hoje ligar para a loja nos telefones : 4042-3828 ramal 5101 ( que consta na nota e o 3421-6000 ( pesquisa Net ) mas até o presente momento não consegui falar com ninguém,. Isso já fazem mais de horas ( só escutando música de espera em linha . O que está acontecendo ?
I've been a customer for some time now, and on my first purchase(s) I have nothing to complain about the service, the delivery of the goods. But, on 12/03/18 I made the purchase of a larger item (bed box) and so far I haven't received the goods. I was not contacted although I left everything paid for (goods + freight). I noticed one of the contacts incorrect and the other no call. I tried since 9:45 this morning to call the store on the phones: 4042-3828 extension 5101 (in the note and 3421-6000 (Net search) but so far I haven't been able to talk to anyone. it's been more than hours (just listening to music on hold online. What's going on?
