★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu notebook pra arrumar no dia 21/09. Disseram que iam fazer um reparo na placa mãe e que deveria aguardar 30 dias corridos. Consegui retirar minha maquina apenas nesta sexta feira dia 05/11!
Pra minha surpresa o teclado estava todo torto e não estava funcionando direito. Algumas teclas bem pra dentro e outras não. Vamos aguardar até amanhã pra eles fazerem os devidos reparos, mas minha sensação é que estão pouco preocupados com a opinião dos clientes e tão pouco com os serviços prestados. E fui recomendada por dois amigos....
I left my notebook to clean on the 21/09. They said they were going to make a repair to the motherboard and that it should wait 30 calendar days. I managed to remove my machine only this Friday, 11/5!
To my surprise the keyboard was all crooked and not working properly. Some keys deep inside and some not. We will wait until tomorrow for them to make the necessary repairs, but my feeling is that they are not concerned with the opinion of customers and neither with the services provided. And I was recommended by two friends....
