★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei roupas lá e nunca tive problemas, porém quando eu precisei trocar uma roupa o gerente super arrogante não quis trocar para mim, me fez ficar esperando uns 30 minutos e nada, falou que só troca pelo mesmo modelo do short, sendo que fui troca pq aquele modelo não deu, estava com a etiqueta tudo certinho, estava com um defeito de FABRICA e ele quis jogar a culpa para cima de mim e falou que não iria fazer a troca. Super grosso cmg, fiquei muito chateada!

A primeira vez foi antes do Natal, pedi pra ela colocar a bermuda no lugar pra mim, pq ia comprar outras coisas. Ela colocou no balcão e a mulher passou sem eu perceber. Só vi em casa, pq joguei a nota fora. Voltei essa semana, e mais uma vez, sem eu perceber, ela colocou uma calça que eu tinha dito pra colocar por último, eu ia comprar a calça de qualquer jeito, mas pedi pra não colocar primeiro. E ela colocou, não gostei, mas não quis arrumar confusão.Enfim, espero que não aconteça mais

Me disseram na loja: ''roupa amarrotada'', ''roupa com mal cheiro''.
A roupa custou 100 reais e mesmo com Nota Fiscal é impossível a troca.
Não recomendo
