★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ruim que você liga la para ter informações a respeito do protudo, so que vc fica na linha um bom tempo esperando alguem atender isso quando nao coloca uma musica e vc e obrigado a ouvir, fica difícil muitas das veses nao temos muito tempo para ficar no telefone e chega uma hora que a ligação ate cai ,nao acho certo com o cliente pois ligamos porque nos interessamos no produto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento online péssimo. Vendedora não dá atenção ao cliente, a pessoa faz o pedido via whatsapp, a mesma apenas visualiza e não te dá nenhuma resposta. Não recomendo, atendimento de 5ª categoria.
