★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao recomendo. Estou chateada e decepcionada. Machucaram meu cachorro na tosa, um shitzu super dócil . Ele foi ferido no pescoço e quando trouxeram ele em casa não informaram o que tinha acontecido . Só quando chegou é que vimos que ele tava machucado. Tenham mais atenção e avisem,pelo menos, quando tiver um acidente ainda que não intencional.
I do not recommend. I am upset and disappointed. They hurt my dog in the grooming, a super docile shitzu. He was wounded in the neck and when they brought him home they did not say what had happened. Only when he arrived did we see that he was hurt. Pay more attention and let them know, at least, when you have an accident even if unintentional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço justo, as vezes aparecem algumas pragas na ração mas eles trocam tranquilamente. No banho e tosa eles fazem bem feito, eu particularmente só não gosto de um dos funcionários (Acho que poderia melhorar na tosa)
Fair price, sometimes some pests appear in the feed but they change smoothly. In the bath and grooming they do it well, I just don't like one of the employees (I think I could improve with grooming)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, há muito tempo a Mimo's tem prestado um excelente serviço , preço incomparável e justo. E a confiança não tem comparação. Observei nos comentários duas pessoas que fizeram comentários sobre o local, quero pedir as pessoas que observam qualificações na internet, me chamou a atenção comentários maldosos feitos. Observem que são dois comentários seguidos ?e no mesmo dia para cachorros diferentes ? Infelizmente temos que conviver com esse tipo de pessoas que tentam prejudicar as pessoas que desenvolvem um bom trabalho. As pessoas ganham força na internet achando que estão escondidas e não prestam atenção no que escrevem, as leis estão mudando e esse tipo de coisa é crime. Busquei o histórico dessas pessoas e não é o primeiro estabelecimento que sofre esse tipo de injustiça. fiquem atentos ! Observem o que a maioria diz, não deixem que pessoas assim prejudiquem profissionais que lutam para trabalhar de forma honesta e transparente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do MIMOS PET e discordo totalmente desses comentários falsos, todas as vezes que levei meu pet para banho e tosa eles sempre cuidaram muito bem, sem contar a delicadeza e compreensão que tiveram com o meu cachorrinho, temos que ter consciência que nossos bichinhos acabam se estressando, se mexem o tempo inteiro, e as vezes pode sim ocorrer de machucar mais não que isso seja culpa deles, infelizmente os bichinhos não param quietos e acabam dificultando o trabalho do PROFISSIONAL, tanto a dona quanto os funcionários sempre trataram meus cachorros super bem. Eles buscam e deixam em casa, sempre dando todo o suporte que precisamos, sem contar que meu cachorrinho estava com um machucado ( não foram eles), e eles tiverem um super cuidado, e me deram toda atenção, mandaram mensagem, ligaram, e se preocuparam com o meu pet. SUPER RECOMENDO, sem contar que já acompanhei vários banhos e tosas do meu cachorro e nunca vi acontecer ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA COM ELE. RECOMENDO E INDICO DE OLHOS FECHADOS.
I am a MIMOS PET customer and I totally disagree with these false comments, every time I took my pet to a bath and groom them, they always took care of it very well, not to mention the kindness and understanding they had with my puppy, we have to be aware that our pets end up getting stressed, they move all the time, and sometimes it can happen to hurt but not that it's their fault, unfortunately the pets don't stay quiet and end up hindering the PROFESSIONAL's work, both the owner and the employees always treated my dogs super good. They pick it up and leave it at home, always giving all the support we need, not to mention that my puppy had an injury (it wasn't them), and they were super careful, and they gave me all the attention, texted, called, what if worried about my pet. SUPER RECOMMEND, not to mention that I've followed several baths and grooming of my dog and never saw ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING happen TO HIM. I RECOMMEND AND INDICATE WITH EYES CLOSED.
