Além da demora de dias para retornarem meu contato, solicitei uma ficha cadastral para consulta de CNPJ (praxe de mercado de qualquer cliente na busca por novos fornecedores), e ela estranhamente ficou indignada, me respondendo de maneira rude e dizendo que não costumava fornecer seu CNPJ. Fica a sugestão de maior profissionalismo, educação e traquejo com os clientes.
 I tried to get a quote at this carpentry shop (MSM in Indaiatuba) and I was very poorly attended by the owner. In addition to the delay of days for my contact to be returned, I requested a registration form to consult the CNPJ (a market practice for any client in the search for new suppliers), and she was strangely indignant, responding rudely and saying that she did not usually provide her CNPJ. There is a suggestion of greater professionalism, education and experience with customers.
