★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bike saiu uma beleza... atendimento rápido na entrada, rápido pelo WhatsApp (diretamente pelo dono, o Mineiro) e conforme o combinado na devolução da bike.
O espaço é bonito, aconchegante e muito bem localizado, inclusive com estacionamento próprio na frente da loja.
O Minas Bike me foi muito bem recomendado por vários amigos ciclistas. E com razão: além de tudo, o preço é justo e o serviço é excelente.
Sugestão: na entrada da bike, a loja poderia fornecer um recibo/canhoto ao cliente para formalizar a entrega da bike, informando modelo, serviço contratado, orçamento e data de entrega.
The bike turned out a beauty... quick service at the entrance, quick through WhatsApp (directly by the owner, Mineiro) and as agreed when returning the bike.
The space is beautiful, cozy and very well located, including its own parking lot in front of the store.
Minas Bike was highly recommended to me by several cyclist friends. And with good reason: above all, the price is right and the service is excellent.
Suggestion: at the entrance of the bike, the store could provide the customer with a receipt/stub to formalize the delivery of the bike, stating the model, contracted service, budget and delivery date.
