NEGLIGENT AND WITHOUT COMMITMENT. I set a date and time to do a Bike review over the phone, when I got there, they didn't get the bike claiming they were too busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não posso da nenhuma estrela pois de todas as lojas em que já liguei pra ter uma informação sobre valores de peças,essa bike centro foi a pior no atendimento por telefone dessa forma não quero nem de longe passar na mesma pois noto que o cliente pra alguns que lá trabalha , não é importante, lamentável.....
Unfortunately I can’t get any stars because of all the stores I’ve called to have information about parts values, this center bike was the worst in phone service so I don’t even want to go anywhere because I notice that the customer stops some who work there, it is not important, regrettable .....

Very good service, price was the best option on the street. I bought a bike 29. Best price and installments in 10 installments without interest. I highly recommend! Seller was Gloria. Mechanic was Cleomar, good people too! I posted a picture of the bike I bought.
