★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os dentistas são excelentes, mas infelizmente o atendimento via telefone, watssap e recepção é péssimo. Não respondem as mensagens, não atendem o telefone e quando atendem pedem para esperar e deixam você na linha até cair. Péssimo atendimento, falta de respeito e consideração com os pacientes.
 The dentists are excellent, but unfortunately the service via phone, watssap and reception is terrible. They don't answer the messages, they don't answer the phone and when they answer they ask you to wait and leave you on the line until you drop. Poor service, lack of respect and consideration for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível péssima, tanto pra criança quanto pra adulto! Fizemos tratamento eu e meu filho odontopediatra atende 1x no mês pra ter vaga e o pior cada consulto é no máximo 30 minutos, e os de adulto e pior um descaso uma falta de informação terrível! Não respondem no WhatsApp muito menos ligação. Não quero voltar lá nunca mais!
Horrible awful, for both children and adults! My pediatric dentist and I underwent treatment once a month to get a vacancy and the worst for each appointment is a maximum of 30 minutes, and for adults and worse, a negligence, a terrible lack of information! Do not respond on WhatsApp much less call. I don't ever want to go back there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a clínica pedindo consulta com dentista que fizesse extração, pois precisava retirar uma raiz de um dente que perdi, fui encaminhada pra doutora flavia as 8 da manhã e ela só foi me chamar as 8: 25, isso porque perguntei duas vezes as atendentes se ela iria atender, até porque marquei as 8 e era a primeira a ser atendida. Não recomendo essa clínica, falta respeito a Unimed odonto tem que escolher melhor suas clínicas credenciadas.
I called the clinic asking for an appointment with a dentist to perform an extraction, as I needed to remove a root from a tooth I lost, I was referred to Dr Flavia at 8 am and she only called me at 8:25, that's because I asked the attendants twice if she would answer, because I made the appointment at 8 and was the first to be answered. I do not recommend this clinic, Unimed odonto has no respect to choose its accredited clinics better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filho de cinco anos na clinica,porque ele estava com cárie.A dentista Andrea atendei ele em 7/3,fez uma restauração e esta saiu em poucos dias deixando um buraco no dente dele.Liguei para a Clínica reclamando e eles marcaram para o dia 4/4. A mesma dentista olhou e fez o procedimento, e no mesmo dia a restauração saiu. Agora,meu filho está com cárie e com um buraco no dente.fiquei decepcionado,não recomendo este lugar!
I took my five-year-old son to the clinic, because he had cavities. The dentist Andrea saw him on 7/3, he made a filling and it came out in a few days leaving a hole in his tooth. I called the clinic complaining and they made an appointment to the day 4/4. The same dentist looked and did the procedure, and the same day the restoration came out. Now my son has tooth decay and a hole in his tooth. I was disappointed, I don't recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei com a Dra. Flávia no dia 05/01 às 08:00 horas, ela só chegou ao consultoria às 08:40 (certamente se eu estivesse atrasada, ela não me atenderia). Após analisar meu caso, pediu para que agendassem com a Dra. Kelly, no dia 26/01. Nesse dia, eles avisaram que precisariam cancelar a consulta e remarcariam. Hoje, 17/02, ninguém sequer fez contato para informar nova data.
Não recomendo!
I made an appointment with Dr. Flávia on 01/05 at 8:00 am, she only arrived at the consultation at 8:40 am (certainly if I was late, she would not see me). After analyzing my case, he asked them to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kelly, on 01/26. On that day, they announced that they would need to cancel the appointment and reschedule. Today, 02/17, no one even made contact to inform a new date.
I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei avaliação odontológica nessa clinica dia 17-02-22 , onde a dentista dr Daniela . Avaliou que meu dente 27 com dor ha dias, e com raio x em maos, olhou a mha boca e disse nao seria um canal e sim uma restauração . Nao fez nada alem de cutucar meu dente e deixar um curativo mal feito que saiu logo em seguida e ela pediu para jogar fora , solicitou que eu marcasse a restauração com outra dentista dr. Flávia . marquei na recepção para comparecer em 03-03-22 ,onde a mesma disse que : como eu sinto dor apos o curativo, a restauração pioraria e recusou realizar o processo mesmo com a outra dentista orientando da ultima vez. Fiz outro raio x lá, e ai as duas se contrariaram uma diz que seria canal e a outra restauração fiquei como ping pong uma jogando no colo da outra e terminei que sai de la pior do que eu entrei, descaso e falta de respeito comigo. Parece que se for convênio, eles nao aceitam fazer as coisas facilmente ali, ping e pong ou so se pagar o valor absurdo que cobram pelos procedimentos desse pessimo atendimento.
Marquei com outra dentista Caroline para dia 15 la mesmo onde depois entraram em contato comigo via Whatsapp so para dizer que as tres dentistas entraram em consenso que o meu caso è extração e ainda pediu para eu ver "outro " lugar . Estudaram e tratam a saúde odontológica da gente como lixo, por que foi assim que eu me senti . Uma hora falam uma coisa e depois outra, sem falar que o atendimento è péssimo tanto pelo Whatsapp quanto por telefone, povo sem educação , que nem te deixam falar e já desligam na sua cara. Se nao quer trabalhar, de espaço para quem precisa e esta desempregado, uai. E para as dentistas, vao fazer uma reciclagem sobre o curso odontologia de vocês, vao reaprender a atender e dá diagnóstico certo e eficaz, pois fui mau tratada por vocês , não souberam qual diagnóstico dava a mim e eu fiquei igual trouxa para la e para cá. Se eu vesse a as avaliações aqui dessa clínica , talves nao estaria tao arrependida agora.
A Metlife poderia reaver suas clinicas credenciadas. Essa è pessima. Volto nunca mais!
I scheduled a dental evaluation at this clinic on 02-17-22, where the dentist dr Daniela. He evaluated that my tooth 27 had been in pain for days, and with x-ray in hands, he looked at my mouth and said it would not be a canal but a restoration. It did nothing but poke my tooth and leave a poorly made bandage that came off soon after and she asked to throw it away, asked me to schedule the restoration with another dentist dr. Flavia . I made an appointment at the reception to attend on 03-03-22, where she said that: as I feel pain after the dressing, the restoration would get worse and she refused to perform the process even with the other dentist guiding the last time. I had another x-ray there, and then the two were upset, one said it would be a canal and the other restoration I was like ping pong one playing on the other's lap and I ended up leaving it worse than I came in, neglect and lack of respect for me. It seems that if it's an agreement, they don't accept to do things easily there, ping and pong or only if you pay the absurd amount they charge for the procedures of this bad service.
I made an appointment with another dentist Caroline for the 15th, where they later contacted me via Whatsapp just to say that the three dentists reached a consensus that my case is extraction and even asked me to see "another" place. They studied and treat people's dental health like garbage, because that's how I felt. One hour they say one thing and then another, not to mention that the service is terrible both by Whatsapp and by phone, uneducated people, who don't even let you talk and hang up on your face. If you don't want to work, space for those who need it and are unemployed, iau. And for the dentists, they'll do a refresher course on your dentistry, they'll relearn how to attend and give a correct and effective diagnosis, because I was treated badly by you, they didn't know what diagnosis they gave me and I was like a fool for her and for here. If I saw the reviews here of this clinic, maybe I wouldn't be so sorry now.
Metlife could regain its accredited clinics. This is bad. I'll never come back!
