★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para saber o procedimento do tingimento e a moça que disse que seria bom ver o tecido, pois em alguns casos não pega a cor. Fui até a loja ela viu o vestido e disse que daria sem problemas.
Quando busquei estava ok, a não ser a linha que a tinta não cobre, mas isso fiquei sabendo no exato momento da retirada, não teria problema se o vestido não fosse pink!
Então o vestido ficou preto perfeito mas todas a costura pink!
Ou seja, se soubesse antes não teria tingindo pois não tem nenhuma lógica eu querer mudar a cor e a costurar permanecer da mesma cor anterior!
I called to find out about the dyeing procedure and the lady said it would be good to see the fabric, because in some cases it doesn't get the color. I went to the store, she saw the dress and said it would be fine.
When I looked it was ok, except for the line that the paint doesn't cover, but this I found out at the exact time of removal, it wouldn't be a problem if the dress wasn't pink!
So the dress turned perfect black but all the stitching pink!
In other words, if I knew before I wouldn't have dyed it because there's no logic in my wanting to change the color and the sewing remain the same color as before!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Liguei pra saber informações sobre lavagem de roupas do dia a dia e me informaram q o valor era de 39,90/kg. Cheguei no local para testar o serviço com algumas peças e a atendente me informou que a lavagem por kg era feita com no mínimo 1kg de peças e que ou poderiam ser peças comuns ou peças sociais. Mais tarde voltei ao local com mais peças e a mesma atendente me falou que somente aceitavam no mínimo 2kg de peças, falei que ela mesma havia me passado 1kg pela manhã, a mesma retrucou que em toda lavanderia era dessa forma. Ao meu ver, quem tem que passar a informação completa é quem presta o serviço, eu não trabalho em lavanderia, logo não sou obrigada a saber! Se não tenho tempo pra lavar roupa em casa, tbm não tenho tempo pra ficar indo e voltando na lavanderia toda hora pq não tem uma pessoa competente o suficiente pra passar uma informação de maneira completa. Resultado: perderam uma cliente que tinha interesse em utilizar os serviços de forma contínua! Escolhi outra lavanderia, mais longe de casa, porém com um excelente atendimento!
Terrible service! I called to find out information about day-to-day washing of clothes and they informed me that the value was 39.90/kg. I arrived at the place to test the service with some items and the attendant informed me that the washing per kg was done with at least 1 kg of items and that they could either be common items or social items. Later I returned to the place with more items and the same attendant told me that they only accepted at least 2kg of items, I said that she herself had given me 1kg in the morning, the same replied that in every laundry it was this way. In my opinion, whoever has to provide the complete information is whoever provides the service, I don't work in a laundry, so I don't have to know! If I don't have time to wash clothes at home, I also don't have time to go back and forth to the laundry all the time because there isn't a person competent enough to pass on information in a complete way. Result: they lost a customer who was interested in using the services continuously! I chose another laundry, further away from home, but with excellent service!
