★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei alterar o meu CPF para o nome de casada. Fiz o processo através do site e imprimi o protocolo. Chegando lá, achei que precisava ficar em uma fila para ser atendida, mas fui informada (somente quando chegou a minha vez na fila) que não necessitava ficar na fila. Bastava acompanhar pela senha que tinha em mão (da internet). Ou seja, o atendimento é bom, meu problema foi resolvido muito rápido. Porém acho que deveria ter um informativo avisando as pessoas. Isso facilitaria. Até porque nesse mesmo dia não aconteceu só comigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento , no mínimo, medíocre. Horários extremamente reduzidos, e a galera atende o telefone e desliga. Dá pra escutar o barulho do encaixe do telefone e conversas. Isso quando não teclam no telefone e desligam. Quem trabalha das 8 ao meio dia não consegue ligar pra resolver problema pois esses empregados não estão dispostos a colaborar com os contribuintes... pensa num orgão público bemmmmmmmmm ruim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos canais de comunicação. Não consigo ligar, pois desligam o telefone e nem agendar, pois o site não aparece a opção de seleção de serviços. Depender destes lugares monopolizados é extremamente difícil. Nem para regularizar nossa situação conseguimos. Alguns Brasileiros são péssimos para o Brasil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de saber qdo vão retornar as atividades pois está tudo funcionando e só a Receita Federal que não, afinal qual o motivo de estar fechado até agora??? pois preciso resolver um problema sério de IPI do neu carro pela Internet tudo mau explicado Detran bloqueou documento não consigo licenciar pagar IPVA e nem se quer transferir o veículo disse que iria abrir dia 03 de janeiro 2022 e até agora nada só sabem me dizer que tenho que ir em outra cidade que a receita federal está funcionando, pois é se Itu e outras unidades da região está funcionando normalmente oq em Sorocaba não isso é falta de respeito com as pessoas...
