uma demora absurda pra dar baixa em uma carteira de trabalho, o telefone ninguém atende, e o pessoal que faz o atendimento presencial é super despreparado.
Nota zero porque não posso dar menos !!!!

An absurd delay to write off a work card, the phone nobody answers, and the people who do the face-to-face service is super unprepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido por um servidor muito educado e recebi todas as informações das quais precisava. Estão de parabéns. A população deveria cobrar do governo para dar mais estrutura de atendimento ao órgão e não reclamar dos valorosos funcionários que fazem o possível para atender a população com o mínimo que têm.. "Privatizar os serviços públicos" pra que? Isso interessa a quem? Os donos das maiores empresas desse País estão na carceragem da Polícia Federal ou respondem processos por manter trabalho escravo. Portanto...nem preciso explicar mais nada.
I was attended to by a very polite server and received all the information I needed. They are to be congratulated. The population should demand from the government to provide more structure to serve the agency and not complain about the valiant employees who do everything possible to serve the population with the minimum they have. "Privatize public services" for what? Who does that matter to? The owners of the largest companies in that country are in the Federal Police jail or face lawsuits for maintaining slave labor. So ... I don't need to explain any more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando contato a vários meses, desde março. Sou empregada doméstica e só consigo dar entrada no Seguro Desemprego pelo 158 ou pessoalmente. Quando ligo ninguém me atende, PRECISO DO MEU BENEFÍCIO.
I'm trying to connect to several months, since March. I am a domestic worker and can only apply for unemployment insurance at 158 or in person. When I turn anyone serves me, I NEED MY BENEFIT.

Dica para quem quer agendar: entre 5:50h/6h da manhã é o melhor horário.
Apart from the part of the schedule that took me a week, I was very well attended, to file an appeal of Unemployment Insurance, by Mrs. Ana. I would like to thank her.
Tip for those who want to schedule: between 5: 50h / 6am is the best time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Será que ainda existe alguém trabalhando nesse lugar? tentei ligação, agendamento, sites, emails, fui no local do endereço umas 3 vezes, estava fechado e até ouvidoria fiz e nada, sem solução para o meu problema. Que decepção!
Is there still someone working in that place? I tried calling, scheduling, websites, emails, I went to the address about 3 times, it was closed and even the Ombudsman did and nothing, with no solution to my problem. What a disappointment!
