Encomendamos nichos e prateleiras para instalaram no quarto do nosso bebê e estragaram nossa parede por não terem competência para trabalharem com parede de gesso ( tendência dos prédios novos). Fizemos serviço semelhante com outra empresa no mesmo tipo de parede e não tivemos esse tipo de problema. Além disso, as peças ficaram com péssimo acabamento. Desistiram do nosso serviço depois que viram que exigimos qualidade e não pagaram pela avaria causada na nossa parede, ou seja, além de ficarmos sem o serviço, ficamos com prejuízo de consertar a parede danificada pela falta de competência. Além disso, vieram gritar dentro do nosso apartamento, nos desrespeitando. NÃO FAÇAM SERVIÇO COM ELES SE VOCÊ PREZA POR QUALIDADE!
Lousy professionals. We ordered niches and shelves to install in our baby's room and ruined our wall because they did not have the competence to work with plaster walls (trend of new buildings). We did a similar job with another company on the same type of wall and we didn't have that kind of problem. In addition, the pieces had a bad finish. They gave up on our service after they saw that we demand quality and did not pay for the damage caused to our wall, that is, in addition to being without the service, we were at a loss to repair the wall damaged by lack of competence. In addition, they came to shout inside our apartment, disrespecting us. DO NOT SERVICE THEM IF YOU PRICE FOR QUALITY!
