Fizemos 3 passeios com essa agência, até aí tudo bem, no 4 passeio esqueceram de nos buscar no hotel, esperamos de 8 da manhã até 11hrs, tentei ligar para agencia e ninguém atendeu, uma completa falta de responsabilidade com o cliente! (ate hoje espero uma satisfação da agência ou pedido de desculpas)
Em Barreirinhas tem muitas agencia de turismo, recomendo procura outra agência!!!

We did 3 tours with this agency, so far so good, on the 4 tour they forgot to pick us up at the hotel, we waited from 8 in the morning until 11 am, I tried to call the agency and no one answered, a complete lack of responsibility with the customer! (to this day I expect a satisfaction from the agency or an apology)
In Barreirinhas there are many tourism agencies, I recommend looking for another agency !!!

Desde o primeiro contato feito por telefone quando eu ainda estava pesquisando com que agência fechar os passeios foram os mais atenciosos e rápidos em responder. O Benny fez ótimos preços e durante toda a viagem estávamos sempre em contato por whatsapp. Respondeu sempre muito rápido a todas as nossas dúvidas e pedidos. Fechamos tudo sem precisar ir na agência. Ele conseguiu a opção de irmos pra Caburé em lancha e voltar de quadriciclo, já que não tínhamos muito tempo. No último dia nos socorreu conseguindo um transfer pra São Luís mais tarde, já que perdemos o que tínhamos mais cedo, por conta de imprevistos com o passeio da manhã. Os guias (Flávio e Mateus) também eram muito bem preparados e atenciosos. Super recomendo pra quem for pra Barreirinhas pra visitar os lençóis maranhenses!
We did all our tours in Barreirinhas with Miragens Turismo and the service was excellent, I highly recommend it. Since the first contact made by phone when I was still researching which agency to close the tours, they were the most attentive and quick to respond. Benny made great prices and throughout the trip we were always in touch by whatsapp. He always responded very quickly to all our doubts and requests. We closed everything without having to go to the agency. He got the option of going to Caburé on a speedboat and returning by quad, since we didn't have much time. On the last day he helped us by getting a transfer to São Luís later, since we lost what we had earlier, due to unforeseen circumstances with the morning tour. The guides (Flávio and Mateus) were also very well prepared and attentive. I highly recommend it to anyone who goes to Barreirinhas to visit the sheets in Maranhão!
