★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento ruim, começou pela recepcionista que me atendeu super mal, todos os clientes que telefonavam eu escutava sentado que ela nao podia resolver nenhum problema que solicitavam, falava somente que a outra atendente que poderia resolver... nao entendi a funcionalidade dela neste estabelecimento! ela nao me falou o nome dela mas estava de rabo de cavalo e de oculos/ doutor educado e simpatico, porem disse que meu dog estava com vacina 2 meses atrsadas e nao deu a vacina.... e eu estava la pelo convenio!!!! disse pra eu retornar 1 mes depois

I did not understand her functionality in this establishment! she didn't tell me her name but she was wearing a ponytail and glasses / doctor was polite and friendly, but she said my dog had a vaccine 2 months ago and did not give the vaccine .... and I was there for the agreement !! !! told me to return 1 month later

It was great, I only take my dogs there, the Veterinarian who attended me is very dedicated and affectionate with the animals, the attendant is very polite, there I trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento já começa ruim na recepção , a veterinária que nos atendeu , foi mal educada e preconceituosa, tratando oq aconteceu com o meu cachorro como relaxo , deu atenção somente para o machucado q o cachorro tinha , quando eu perguntei de um caroço q tinha na lateral do corpo dele , com desdém , arrogância e falta de educação ela disse para tratar primeiro a ferida . Assim foi feito , só q a ferida não secava , voltamos e ela mandou cuidar mais um pouco , só q a ferida não secava devido a um tumor q ela não deu atenção , se julgando superior , dizendo q o cachorro precisava de um banho , de tozar , cortar a unha e o serviço dela mesmo não fez . Enfim .. péssimo !! Sem falar q a clínica não tem muitos recursos só coisas simples e olhe lá .. Acho q se uma pessoa tá pagando a consulta é pq tá preocupado com o cachorro , não pra ficar sendo mal tratado ..

I think if a person is paying for the consultation it is because they are worried about the dog, not to be treated badly ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa experiência foi ótima nossa Glória foi diagnosticada com um nódulo no baço e ela fez a cirurgia e foi rápido e bom preço..nos adotamos ela e logo em seguida descobrimos esse nódulo ..e foi resolvido super recomendo nota mil para o atendimento médico e na recepção tbm ??????????
Our experience was great our Gloria was diagnosed with a nodule in the spleen and she had the surgery and it was fast and good price..we adopted her and soon after we discovered this nodule..and it was resolved super recommend a thousand for medical care and at the reception too ??????????
