★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei a loja no sábado passado. O funcionário MURILO, que atendia sozinho, FAZ TODA DIFERENÇA NO LOCAL. Ele tem informações na ponta da língua, passa confiança ao cliente e é ágil no atendimento. Encontrei um casal que estava comprando seu 3º filhote nesta loja e, no final, acabou arregimentando amigos, talvez um total de 4 filhotes nessa visita. A loja é boa. Mas o MURILO é aquele funcionário SENSACIONAL que todo empresário gostaria de ter no seu empreendimento. Graças a sua atuação, acabei adquirindo um filhote também. Parabéns à Drª Adriana, veterinária responsável, pelo empreendimento e pela escolha do MURILO.
 I visited the store last Saturday. The employee MURILO, who attended alone, MAKES A DIFFERENCE ON THE SITE. He has information on the tip of his tongue, gives confidence to the customer and is agile in service. I met a couple who were buying their 3rd puppy at this store and, in the end, ended up joining friends, maybe a total of 4 puppies on that visit. The store is good. But MURILO is that SENSATIONAL employee that every entrepreneur would like to have in his enterprise. Thanks to your performance, I ended up acquiring a puppy too. Congratulations to Drª Adriana, responsible veterinarian, for the enterprise and for choosing MURILO.

Os outros profissionais infelizmente não sei os nomes mas são cordiais e atenciosos.
O valor dos serviços não está fora da realidade que vejo em outros estabelecimentos. São coerentes.

Péssimo atendimento, Péssimo banho, Péssimo cuidado com os animais que ficam na vitrine e péssima higiene do local do banho. Enfim nunca mais volto e quem estiver lendo esse comentário aconselho a fazer o mesmo se vc gostar pelo menos um pouquinho do seu animal.
Não sei como alguém consegue elogiar esse lugar.
Terrible establishment! Too bad I can't not give a star because you don't deserve anything! Bad service, Bad bath, Bad care for the animals that are in the window and bad hygiene of the bathing place. Anyway, I'll never come back and whoever is reading this comment, I advise you to do the same if you like your animal at least a little.
I don't know how anyone can praise this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsáveis, cachorros ficam expostos o dia inteiro em um cubículo abafado, dividem espaço com suas próprias fezes. Fora que sempre quando passo na frente não há água para os cachorrinhos, e quando há, é suja, sabe-se lá quantas refeições fazem por dia... A tristeza no olhar dos animais é evidente, como ainda deixam esse lugar aberto?
Irresponsible, dogs are exposed all day in a stuffy cubicle, sharing space with their own feces. Other than that whenever I go in front there is no water for the puppies, and when there is, it's dirty, who knows how many meals they have a day... The sadness in the animals' eyes is evident, how do they still leave this place open?
