I found the house I needed with a great value and all the attention and support of the real estate agency, always very helpful for any questions, and they tried in every way to make the lease work. Having the credit card option for rental helped me a lot besides being secure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária super prestativa, de fácil comunicação. Foram flexíveis com a data de entrada no apê e nos ajudaram em TUDO que precisamos. Desde trocar um detalhe na instalação elétrica que estava danificado quando entramos, quanto nos ajudar com dúvidas referentes a boletos, cobranças e demais facilidades que o apê tem (gás encanado, luz e água).
Indico muito, principalmente pra galera jovem, que como eu gosta de uma comunicação clara, eficiente e descomplicada.
Real estate super helpful, easy to communicate. They were flexible with the date of entry into the apartment and helped us with EVERYTHING we needed. From changing a detail in the electrical installation that was damaged when we entered, how to help us with questions regarding bills, charges and other facilities that the apartment has (piped gas, electricity and water).
I indicate a lot, especially to young people, who like me like clear, efficient and uncomplicated communication.

Alugar um imóvel é algo bem delicado e precisa ser feito com cuidado, e é esse cuidado que a MIrineu pode te dar. Infelizmente me mudei agora para uma região onde eles ainda não atendem mas, certamente, quando voltar, irei procurá-los novamente.

Best experience I've ever had renting a property. The team is super attentive and agile.
Renting a property is something very delicate and needs to be done with care, and this is what MIrineu can give you. Unfortunately I've now moved to a region where they still don't serve, but certainly when I come back I'll look for them again.
I highly recommend it!
