★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 07/01/2022, cheguei na então clinica "Mirra", me identifiquei e disse que tinha uma consulta marcada; a atendente muito grossa, somente disse para aguardar e não passou nenhuma informação. Depois de aguardar durante 30 min e notado que ninguém estava sendo chamado, entrei em contato com a minha empresa informando sobre o atraso. Após isso, a atendente saiu na porta em frente à "escada" onde todos estavam aguardando; perguntou quem era o "deficiente" que tinha falado que estava aguardando há 30 min; começou a discutir, dizendo que já tinha informado para a empresa que é por ordem de chegada e se a empresa não passou a informação ela não podia fazer nada. Além de mal educada, indelicada, insensível, muito imoral. A postura antiprofissional dessa atendente, fere os direitos humanos.
On 01/07/2022, I arrived at the then "Mirra" clinic, identified myself and said that I had an appointment scheduled; the attendant was very rude, just said to wait and didn't give any information. After waiting for 30 min and noticing that no one was being called, I contacted my company informing them of the delay. After that, the attendant left the door in front of the "ladder" where everyone was waiting; asked who was the "handicapped" who had said that he had been waiting for 30 minutes; started to argue, saying that he had already informed the company that it is on a first-come, first-served basis and if the company did not provide the information it could not do anything. Besides being rude, impolite, insensitive, very immoral. The unprofessional attitude of this attendant violates human rights.
