★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no caixa, deixa a desejar. E ainda por cima, com frequência nunca possuí troco, não se encarregam nem ao menos de tentar trocar.
Provocam e perdem a venda, e o cliente.
Bad service at the cashier, leaves something to be desired. On top of that, they often never have change, they don't even take care of trying to change.
They provoke and lose the sale, and the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou frustada! Depois que escolhi tudo a caixa e a gerente se negaram a passar o meu cartão sem chip pois esqueci meu rg, estava em horário de almoço e atrasei pra nada!!! Estou super chateada pois estava com uniforme e tinha crachá com todas as informações e com foto, mesmo assim se negaram, não consegui voltar na loja pois é longe do meu trabalho .. enfim esforço atoa ??
Só devo agradecer a vendedora Vanessa que me atendeu super bem! .. de resto experiência péssima.
I'm frustrated! After I chose all the box and the manager refused to pass my card without chip because I forgot my ID, was at lunch time and late for nothing !!! I am super upset because I was in uniform and had a badge with all the information and photo, even so they refused, I could not go back to the store because it is far from my work .. finally effort atoa ??
I just have to thank the saleswoman Vanessa who served me very well! .. otherwise bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A caixa e a gerente se recusaram a passar R$ 9,00 no cartão, o "minimo é 10,00", eu pedi para passar 10,00 mesmo assim a gerente Roberta se recusou, disse que era empregada e que tinha que cumprir ordens, enquanto a caixa ria de mim (sim ela riu de mim....), por eu protestar e ameaçar fazer escândalo, considerando que é ilegal colocar valor minimo para aceitar cartão.
A gerente não tem autonomia para passar R$ 1,00 a mais. Não serviu pra abrir exceção mesmo sabendo que a regra é contra o CDC. Eu tinha feito uma compra grande há uns dias atrás, voltei só pra pegar um extensor de sutiã. Nunca mais volto e não indico.
