★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de passar em frente a loja e os vendedores estavam debochando das pessoas que passava em frente a loja; péssima conduta, para não falarem que estou inventando na hora que vi estavam zoando um rapaz falando que a perna dele era fina e falando que não aguentava um soco; depois falaram de uma nova que acabara de passar em frente a loja também! péssima conduta em um total desigualdade que estamos vivendo ver pessoas no seu horário de serviço fazendo bullying das pessoas que passam em frente a loja... Vi dois casos imagine o que não ocorre ali nas demais horas do dia! a Quiver tem péssimos funcionários

I saw two cases imagine what does not happen there at other times of the day! Quiver has a terrible staff

Sem contar as palavras chucras e de baixo calão.
Eu nunca mais compro nada com essa rede de lojas do Poli shopping Guarulhos.
My friend was extremely humiliated by two salesmen who are not prepared with the next.
Not to mention the words silly and profanity.
I never buy anything again from this chain of Poli mall Guarulhos stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja! Efetuei uma compra no site e a loja não me passou mais nenhuma informação, situação da compra, cód de rastreio, absolutamente nada! Tentei entrar em contato por todos os meios de comunicação deles, mas ninguém respondeu, passou o prazo de 13 dias da entrega e nada! Com muita dificuldade consegui entrar em contato pelo telefone aonde a atendente informou que cancelaram a compra por falta do produto. Se não tem o produto não anuncia e não faça cliente de trouxa! Não recomendo a ninguém!
Não merece nenhuma estrela, mas infelizmente tem que avaliar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais compro nessa loja, comprei um tênis o vendedor me deu um tênis com a numeração errada e não estou conseguindo fazer a troca,me falaram que não tem meu número,e ninguém pra resolver o problema.
I never buy at this store again, I bought a shoe the seller gave me a shoe with the wrong number and I'm not able to make the exchange, they told me they don't have my number, and no one to solve the problem.
