★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive 2 experiencias nessa oficina, na primeira fui atendido por um dos donos, O Indio, fui bem atendido e fiquei satisfeito com o serviço. Na segunda vez fui atendido pelo sócio do Indio, e ate um certo momento estava tudo indo bem, mas ele não conseguiu achar a peça que precisava, entao eu fui a procura, e pedia as informações pra ele, já que a peça era dificil achar e tinha modelos diferentes, e creio que isso o incomodou, até que em um momento ele me disse: " Não posso ficar desenhando as coisas pra vc " e me convidou a me retirar e não voltar mais ali que eu não seria atendido, por ninguem lá, segundo ele. Minha conclusão, e cada um tem a sua: Se eu tivesse xingado ou algo do tipo , seria facil entender a reação dele. Eu sou (fui) um cliente da loja, que faço perguntas, pq preciso saber pra comprar a peça que preciso, e já tinha achado a peça, em 2 locais, mas que não era a peça certa, e por essa razão precisava voltar a perguntar detalhes sobre a peça. A oficina sem duvidas que é de qualidade, varias pessoas indicam, e mionha intenção não é denegrir, mas sobre o atendimento não tem como não dizer que foi o pior que vi ou que já tive. Acho esse segundo sócio e é de uma tamanha falta de talento e paciencia pra lidar com o publico. Eu ouvir o que ouvi e ainda ser expulso por perguntar pra tirar duvida e comprar a peça certa, realmente não teria como defender esse comportamento, nem que fosse a melhor oficina do Mundo. E se não tivesse sido expulso de lá, eu não voltaria, pq a frase inteligente e arrogante dele sobre desenhar, já acho mais que suficiente pra não voltar. Consertei o carro de maneira rápida e sem dificuldades em outro local.
I had 2 experiences in this workshop, the first time I was attended by one of the owners, O Indio, I was well attended and I was satisfied with the service. The second time I was attended by Indio's partner, and until a certain point everything was going well, but he couldn't find the piece he needed, so I went looking for it and asked him for the information, as the piece was difficult to find. and there were different models, and I think that bothered him, until at one point he said to me: "I can't be drawing things for you" and invited me to leave and not come back there because I wouldn't be attended to, by anyone there, according to him. My conclusion, and each one has its own: If I had cursed or something, it would be easy to understand his reaction. I am (I was) a customer of the store, who asks questions, because I need to know to buy the part I need, and I had already found the part, in 2 places, but it was not the right part, and for that reason I needed to go back to ask for details about the piece. The workshop is undoubtedly of high quality, several people indicate, and my intention is not to denigrate, but regarding the service, it is impossible not to say that it was the worst I've seen or ever had. I think this second partner is so lacking in talent and patience to deal with the public. I listen to what I heard and still be expelled for asking questions and buying the right part, I really wouldn't be able to defend this behavior, even if it were the best garage in the world. And if I hadn't been kicked out of there, I wouldn't have come back, because his smart and arrogant phrase about drawing, I think is more than enough not to come back. I fixed the car quickly and without difficulties in another location.
