★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelo telefone prometeram que tem pneu que eu procurei. No chegada já logo começaram achar outras problemas. Pelo que descobriu depois, nem recuperar o disco (1100 reais) nem troca de bucha ("importada" 580 reais) era necessário. No final nem o pneu que foi confirmado pelo telefone tinha em estoque.
Se usar essa empresa - tem que ter certeza o que precisa ser feito e nao aceitar nada adicional. Mas melhor ler outros avaliações antes de ir. Eu só descobriu após de visita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa parece orientar os funcionários a sempre aumentar os serviços a serem realizados, a qualidade dos serviços não são boas. Foi minha primeira e única experiência. Gastei mais de 3 mil reais colocando 4 pneus novos, reformei minhas rodas,porém o carro ficou pior do que entrou. E pra piorar minha experiência voltei a loja pra refazer o serviço de correção ao balanceamento de rodas e alinhamento que não ficaram bons e além de não conseguirem refazer o serviço ruim me veio um funcionário dizendo que eu precisaria trocar mais peças kkkkkkk, só rindo. Afirmei que naquele momento só havia voltado para ajustar o que já tinha pago e não havia ficado bom. Pra priorar tudo já estava dando o horário de fechar a loja e acreditem praticamente fui expulso, começaram a baixar as portas sem nenhuma educação com o cliente. Fui até uma pessoa e pedi a chave do meu carro para ir embora. Afirmaram que já haviam refeitos os serviços. Então fui embora pensando que tudo iria se acertar, porém o carro continua do mesmo jeito, parece que não fizeram nada. Como a loja fica distante da minha residência resolvi desistir de voltar, a final estou gastando mais de combustível e não tenho credibilidade e confiança que tudo irá se resolver. Não recomendo!

And to make my experience worse, I went back to the store to redo the wheel balancing and alignment correction service, which were not good and besides not being able to redo the bad service, an employee came to me saying that I would need to change more parts lol, just laughing. I stated that at that moment I had only returned to adjust what I had already paid for and it was not good. To prioritize everything, it was already giving the time to close the store and believe me, I was practically expelled, they started to lower the doors without any education with the customer. I went to a person and asked for my car key to leave. They stated that the services had already been redone. So I left thinking that everything would be ok, but the car remains the same, it seems that they did nothing. As the store is far from my residence I decided to give up going back, in the end I'm spending more fuel and I don't have credibility and confidence that everything will work out. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja do rio de janeiro ,pura ilusão ,pegadinha ,Fui ontem la para colocar 02 pneus aro 16,condenaram a minha suspensão traseira ,queriam me empurrar amortecedores recondicionados,disse que não queria .Depois alegaram que minha roda estava impenada,disse que não queria desempenar,alegar que não poderia montar os pneus assim .Enfim só perca de tempo .
Fui a outra loja coloquei os 2 pneus ,não me cobraram nada ,e ainda tenho a garantia dos pneus .Por isso não caiam nessa pegadinha .rio 09/02/2022.
Worst store in Rio de Janeiro, pure illusion, prank, I went there yesterday to get 02 16-inch tires, they condemned my rear suspension, they wanted to push me reconditioned shock absorbers, I said I didn't want to. Then they claimed that my wheel was unbent, I said no I wanted to perform, claiming that I couldn't mount the tires like that. Anyway, just waste of time.
I went to another store, I put the 2 tires on, they didn't charge me anything, and I still have the tire warranty. So don't fall for this prank .rio 02/09/2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na intenção de trocar 4 pneus Dunlop que vi no site em promoção, chegando na loja no pechincha que ainda estava funcionando condenaram meus amortecedores e tentaram trocar as molas pela de GNV, como ficou fora do meu orçamento não troquei as molas só troquei os amortecedores e tive que optar por 4 pneus remold crystone, aí começou a falta de respeito comigo, 5 dias saiu uma lasca do pneu fui na loja para a troca queria que eu pagasse novamente alinhamento e cambagem falei que não, mais com dificuldade trocaram o pneu, alguns dias depois (31 de dezembro) o pneu criou um caroço na lateral, imediato fui a loja no caminho o pneu estouro, novamente queriam que eu fizesse serviços como não fiz me fizeram pra aguardar 30 dias pra resposta, ligo pra saber o andamento ninguém sabe do pneu e uma falta respeito. Não índico ninguém uma total falta de respeito e profissionalismo. Fujam dali se não quiserem arrumar dor de cabeça.

I do not nominate anyone a total lack of respect and professionalism. Get out of there if you don't want to get a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles põe o preço do pneu lá em baixo para te atrair, quando chega na loja, bota o carro no elevador e começa a condenar o que está bom. Condenaram minhas rodas e falaram que minha suspensão estava ruim pq tinha desgaste de um lado do pneu. Pedi para continuarem com a troca dos pneus e não queria fazer os demais serviço, como viram que não ia me tirar nada além do pneu. Informaram que se não fizesse os demais serviços não poderiam me vender os pneus. Pedi pra montar meu carro de novo e fui embora. Daria pra chamar o Celso Russomanno de boa. Mas preferi ir numa loja um pouco mais honesta. Na loja que fui depois não condenaram as rodas e fiz o serviço de boa. Não percam tempo indo nessa loja, vai ter dor de cabeça. Essa loja trabalha igual a shopcar pneus. Deve ser do mesmo dono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem como vocês estão pedindo eu vou da minha opinião essa empresa é péssima não tem um pingo de compromisso com cliente são totalmente irresponsáveis não cumprem com o que promete e trata com os clientes no meu entender você que tem carro não leve e nem coloque seu carro lá já que você adquiriu com tanta dificuldade .Não estou comentando aqui porque ninguém me contou não foi uma experiência vivida nessa loja irresponsável. Um empresário depende de seus clientes porém a partir do momento que ele não respeita o cliente sua tendência é perder e falir . Foi uma pessoa da minha família que está totalmente arrependido trataram um serviço e não cumpriram ainda bem que pra esse tipo de empresário existe nota fiscal e Procon pra resolver .se alguém quiser ficar insatisfeito e se aborrecer é só ir lá

Well as you are asking I go with my opinion this company is terrible they don't have a shred of commitment to the customer they are totally irresponsible they don't fulfill what they promise and deal with customers in my opinion you who have a car don't take it and don't put your car there since you acquired it with so much difficulty. I am not commenting here because no one told me it was not an experience lived in this irresponsible store. An entrepreneur depends on his customers, but as soon as he doesn't respect the customer, he tends to lose and go bankrupt. It was a person in my family who is totally sorry, they treated a service and didn't fulfill it, even though for this type of entrepreneur there is an invoice and Procon to solve.
