Fiz um pedido pelo Rappi, eles mandaram o pedido errado e ainda queriam me enganar dizendo que paguei pelo produto pequeno que eles enviaram e não pelo grande, mas eu tinha o print do pedido e mesmo assim se negaram a resolver. O gerente que me atendeu foi estupidamente arrogante! Odiei TUDO. Ainda fiquei no prejuízo. Salvem o dinheiro e a paciência de vcs indo em outra pastelaria, porque essa é a PIOR.
WORST service of my life. I placed an order through Rappi, they sent the wrong order and they still wanted to deceive me by saying that I paid for the small product they sent and not for the large one, but I had the print of the order and even then they refused to solve it. The manager who attended me was stupidly arrogant! I hated EVERYTHING. I was still at loss. Save your money and patience by going to another bakery, because this is the WORST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanduíches e pastéis bons. Pedi no Ifood pastel e hambúrguer e chegou rapidinho, bem embalado. O pastel simples de queijo ou de carne custa em média R$ 9,9. Vem maionese, catchup e um molho de maionese com alho gostoso. Poderiam ofertar também sanduíches naturais/opções saudáveis, pois não tem essa opção, por isso dei 4 estrelas e não 5. No geral, gostamos!
Good sandwiches and pastries. I ordered pastry and hamburger at Ifood and it arrived quickly, well packaged. The simple cheese or meat pastry costs an average of R$9.9. Comes with mayonnaise, ketchup and a delicious garlic mayonnaise sauce. They could also offer natural sandwiches/healthy options, as they don't have this option, that's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Overall, we liked it!
