★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento é péssimo. Vi um cliente ser totalmente ignorado após reclamar do tempo de espera, não custa nada pelo menos fingir que se importam. O serviço é consideravelmente bom, mas não é só isso que faz a qualidade de uma empresa.
 Unfortunately, the service is terrible. I saw a customer being totally ignored after complaining about the wait time, it doesn't hurt to at least pretend they care. The service is pretty good, but that's not all that makes a company quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um espera muito grande pra uma única impressão. Já que só existiam duas pessoas atendendo e realizando edição também. Um problema fácil de resolver, já que bastava colocar 1 pessoa para edição e a outra pra impressão. Não fazendo com que o cliente espere mais de 1 hora por uma única impressão.
A very long wait for a single print. Since there were only two people attending and performing editing as well. An easy problem to solve, since it was enough to put 1 person for editing and the other for printing. Not making the customer wait more than 1 hour for a single impression.

O cliente que chega para solicitar um serviço rápido, como uma simples impressão é obrigado a esperar todo o atendimento de serviços bem mais demorados, como solicitação de arte. Haviam pelo menos 2 funcionários que poderiam para um minuto para atender as solicitações rápidas, mas preferiam ficar de braços cruzados.
Terrible attendance. The customer who arrives to request a quick service, such as a simple print, is forced to wait for much longer services, such as an art request. There were at least 2 employees who could take a minute to handle quick requests but would rather just sit back and relax.
