Saí de casa para ter um atendimento pessoal, pois, não queria só por telefone, tendo em vista que adquiri o produto nessa loja, e tive um péssimo atendimento. Me senti sendo atendida com má vontade, não fui esclarecida devidamente, tive que procurar o supervisor, como consultora não admito algo assim.
 For the first time I felt poorly attended at the store. I left home to have a personal service, because I did not just want to phone, since I got the product at this store, and I had a bad service. I felt myself served with ill-will, I was not properly clarified, I had to look for the supervisor, as a consultant do not admit something like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes vendedores, péssimos solucionadores. A Claro cancelou meu pré-pago sem qualquer explicação que seja, e começou um jogo de empurra para o sistema, que devolvia o problema para a loja. De um mês de uso, utilizei apenas 15 dias e a vida ficou um inferno. CLARO! Fujam.
Excellent sellers, terrible solvers. Claro canceled my prepaid without any explanation whatsoever, and started a push game to the system, which returned the problem to the store. After a month of use, I only used it for 15 days and life was hell. CLEAR! run away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vá sem compromisso com nada você toma chá de cadeira mesmo sendo prioridade. Tive que pegar uma senha para uma idosa porque nem um funcionário se habilitou . Falta de respeito com os clientes.
Go without commitment to anything, you have chair tea even though it's a priority. I had to get a password for an elderly woman because not even an employee was able to. Lack of respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível atendimento, ninguém tem interesse em resolver nada..faz o cliente voltar quantas vezes for necessário.. As faturas chegam , mas a prestação de serviço é péssimo..Se possível escolham outra operadora.
Horrible service, no one is interested in solving anything..makes the customer come back as many times as necessary.. Invoices arrive, but the service is terrible..If possible, choose another operator.

Estavam me fazendo cobrança e quando me dirigí até a loja o atendente disse que tinha que ligar pra central que la nao resolvia me poupe além do mais nem chip da operadora eu tinha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si tem um bom atendimento, a demora é dentro do aceitável, só não fiquei satisfeita pois não tinha mais a promoção do dia das mães onde você comprava um e levava outro. Porém achei um celular que queria em outra loja e não precisei fazer 03 contas pós pra isso, então há males que vem para o bem.
The store itself has good service, the delay is within acceptable, I was just not satisfied because there was no longer the mother's day promotion where you bought one and took another. But I found a cell phone that I wanted in another store and I didn't have to do 03 post accounts for that, so there are evils that come for good.

Gostaria de destacar a precisa e atenciosa conduta do funcionário Eluan Guedes que muito dignifica a empresa Claro, inclusive fazendo, com a presteza do atendimento, que eu indicasse e recomendasse uma potencial cliente.
No mesmo sentido a funcionária em treinamento Eunice Cavalcante que demonstrou igual conduta.
