Acredito que isso deva ser explicitado logo no início do contato, ainda mais pelo valor ALTO cobrado.
Entendo a questão do deslocamento e tempo perdido do profissional, mas questões de pagamentos e multas DEVEM ser muito bem explicados. Ainda mais quando são ALTAS.
Outro fator é que inicialmente, quando os serviços estavam sendo acertados e pagos, a atendente foi muito bem educada, mas depois quando questionada sobre a situação
e valores se exaltou.
Me coloco no lugar dos profissionais, mas sendo um tipo de serviço que o cliente pode sempre precisar novamente, vale a pena esse transtorno? Vale a pena contar um valor tão alto por desistência?
Mesmo assim, recomendo. Excelente trabalho. Só fiquem em alerta e perguntem sobre questões valores de desistência, desencontros e imprevistos.
The professionals are very attentive and the service is of quality, but they omit cancellation fines.
I believe that this should be explained right at the beginning of the contact, especially for the HIGH amount charged.
I understand the issue of displacement and lost time of the professional, but issues of payments and fines MUST be very well explained. Even more so when they are HIGH.
Another factor is that initially, when services were being arranged and paid for, the attendant was very polite, but later when asked about the situation
and values if exalted.
I put myself in the place of the professionals, but being a type of service that the client may always need again, is this inconvenience worth it? Is it worth counting such a high value for giving up?
Even so, I recommend it. Excellent job. Just stay alert and ask about issues such as giving up, disagreements and unforeseen circumstances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiencia! Largaram o reparo pela metade, ameaçaram cobrar na porta da minha residencia caso eu nao pagasse pelo serviço nao realizado! Me ofertaram um desconto irrisório. Paguei 250 para trocar 1 interruptor, 1 tomada e 1 ajuste de descarga, pois o reparo no guarda roupa foi abandonado com as portas di guarda roupas no chao! Joguei dinheiro fora! Corram... que é cilada!
Pessima experience! They dropped the repair for half, threatened to charge at the door of my residence if I did not pay for the unattended service! They offered me a derisory discount. I paid 250 to change 1 switch, 1 outlet and 1 discharge adjustment, because the repair in the wardrobe was abandoned with the doors di waves clothes on the floor! I played money out! Run ... That's Trap!
