They did the same thing to my cousin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiraram o HD do meu note alegando que em uma case ele funcionaria como HD externo, mas ele parou de funcionar e quando levei lá eles disseram não podiam fazer nada e que ele parou de funcionar por falta de uso.
They took the HD from my note claiming that in a case it would work as an external HD, but it stopped working and when I took it there they said they couldn't do anything and that it stopped working due to lack of use.

Excelente atendimento, desde a recepção para entender seu problema e necessidade, orçamento em poucas horas!! Honestidade, preço justo, rapidez, meu notebook ficou pronto em 24 horas. Nota 10!! I always have both feet behind when I need to hire any service provider here in Brazil. But that's until I met Station, Google's recommendation to fix my notebook. Excellent service, from the reception to understand your problem and need, budget in a few hours !! Honesty, fair price, speed, my notebook was ready in 24 hours. Grade 10!! I recommend it to everyone. Congratulations to the professionals of Station Informática !!! I wish all service providers were like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o meu computador para colocar o windows 10. Formataram e cobraram um absurdo O programa instalado ficou instável e não instalaram o office, pagos por mim. Como se não bastasse, perderam anos de um programa de orçamento doméstico que tinha desde 2009. Quando levei em outro lugar me informaram que tinha 2 HDS na máquina, um com windows 7 e outro, windows 10!! O funcionário que me atendeu fez um péssimo serviço, não confiável. Não recomendo esta empresa para ninguém. A única funcionária atenciosa lá é a secretária, Angélica.
É longo o comentário, mas levei um iphone para que salvassem a memória, (e somente isso), ainda funcionando. Devolveram sem funcionar mais, faltando peças (levei na apple depois) e ainda queriam devolver um carregador que não era original; tive que brigar para que me devolvessem o que tinha deixado lá, o original. Resultado: perdi um iphone SE 64gb, com um ano de uso!!
I took my computer to put windows 10. Formatted and charged absurd The installed program was unstable and did not install the office, paid for by me. As if that were not enough, they lost years of a domestic budget program that they had since 2009. When I took it elsewhere I was informed that there were 2 HDS in the machine, one with windows 7 and the other, windows 10 !! The employee who served me did a terrible job, unreliable. I don't recommend this company to anyone. The only helpful employee there is the secretary, Angelica.
The comment is long, but I took an iphone to save the memory, (and only that), still working. They returned without working anymore, missing parts (I took it with the apple later) and still wanted to return a charger that was not original; I had to fight to be given back what I had left there, the original. Result: I lost an iPhone SE 64gb, with a year of use !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pós venda para não dizer ridículo, deixei uma máquina para troca de fonte na data de ontem, fomos buscar hj, entregaram a máquina sem testar, é quando fomos ligar não funciona, liguei relatando o problema, disse que eles precisavam vim retirar, pois eu não iria voltar por um erro deles, começaram me de N desculpas, blá blá blá e que seu quisesse levasse lá caso contrário ficaram assim mesmo E DESLIGARAM O TELEFONE NA MINHA CARA !!!! isso é uma empresa que respeita seu cliente?????
NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM ESSE LOCAL e olha que sou cliente deles, era né
Terrible after-sales not to say ridiculous, I left a machine to change the font on yesterday's date, we went to get it today, they delivered the machine without testing, that's when we called it doesn't work, I called it reporting the problem, said they needed to come and remove it, because I wouldn’t go back because of their mistake, they started giving me N excuses, blah blah blah and that they wanted to take it there otherwise they stayed like that AND TURNED THE PHONE OFF IN MY FACE !!!! is this a company that respects its customer ?????
I DO NOT INDICATE ANYONE TO THIS PLACE and look that I am their customer, it was right
