Eu era cliente dessa loja ah algum tempo .... O que me prendia eram APENAS os preços razoáveis .... Fiz uma compra no Valor de R$ 420,00 no débito.... Nessa compra optei por uma bolsa ... Infelizmente a bolsa eh pequena e supre minhas necessidades ... Levei pra trocar e tive êxito !!!! Uma.vendedora se passou por gerente dizendo que não trocavam acessórios aí eu a questionei ... Pq vcs não avisam o cliente ou sinalizam de alguma forma ??????..... Sem resposta ! ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO !!! NOTA ZEROOOOOOOOOO
I was a customer of this store for some time.... What held me back were ONLY the reasonable prices.... I made a purchase in the amount of R$ 420.00 in debt.... In this purchase I opted for a bag... Unfortunately the bag is small and meets my needs... I took it to change and I was successful !!!! A saleswoman pretended to be a manager saying that they did not exchange accessories so I questioned her... Why do you not notify the customer or signal in any way ??????...... No answer! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! NOTE ZEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
