★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos duas lajes aqui em casa e, na primeira, não tivemos nenhum problema, fizeram tudo certinho e dentro do prazo; na segunda laje, houve um problema na empresa, acabaram reagendando para o dia seguinte bem cedinho e cumpriram o prazo direitinho, chegando na obra por volta de 7h30.
Estou escrevendo essa avaliação justamente pra elogiar a equipe que veio nos atender, pois foram muito gentis e trabalharam super bem (a equipe que me refiro tinha os profissionais Paulo, Cézar e outro rapaz que eu esqueci o nome).
 We made two slabs here at home and, on the first one, we didn't have any problems, they did everything right and on time; on the second floor, there was a problem at the company, they ended up rescheduling for the next day very early and met the deadline correctly, arriving at the work around 7:30 am.
I'm writing this evaluation just to praise the team that came to see us, as they were very kind and worked very well (the team I'm referring to had professionals Paulo, Cézar and another guy whose name I forgot).

Agendaram para as 14:00 do sábado, não ligam confirmando nada, então liguei, confirmaram que iam.... não chegam.... liguei novamente... falaram que precisavam trocar a maquina e iriam..... passado das 15:00 não aparecem..... liguei novamente e disseram que não iam na cara de pau.
Meu pedreiro que paguei 200,00 ficou a tarde esperando.
Gastei tempo e dinheiro, pois sou da zona sul e o serviço era na zona norte!
Falei um monte.... mas nem se esforçam para resolver.... devem estar acostumado a fazer isso!
Mas não tem nada não, o grupo a qual faço parte tem 32.000 arquitetos membros e minha empresa tem mais uns 4.000 seguidores...... vai sair caro para vocês essa palhaçada!
Ou resolvem ou vou com a polícia receber meu dinheiro!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior experiencia , sujaram todo meu quintal entupiram minha rede de encanamento , funcionarios totalmente inexperientes , e ainda dizem que esta tudo em contrato , empresa sem dar respaudo nenhum , não indico pra ninguem.E não consegui encher minha laje , e ainda tive que escutar que ambos tiveram prejuizos empresa lixo. E ainda pedem caixinha , e depois deixaram toda a zona pra gente limpar , inclusive tenho os videos das cameras da minha rua deles dispensando o material nas calçadas , mais irei atras do meu prejuizo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por meio deste expressar a minha insatisfação com a empresa contratada em conjunto com a CONCRESERV que pertencem ao mesmo grupo.
Solicitei orçamento, fiz todas as medidas mais de uma vez e em todas as medidas sempre bateram o mesmo número, utilizaram no cálculo 8cm de cobertura total da minha laje e com isso acabou sobrando ainda 2 metros cúbicos de concreto que não foram dispostos para meu uso em outro local e nem mesmo se responsabilizaram pelo desperdício de 40% do volume total contratado, representando 740 Reais de desperdício no concreto comprado.
Ao ligar ainda me disseram que se eu for em qualquer loja empresa de concreto seria o mesmo resultado, ainda estão com a cabeça como os bancos tinham antigamente, após as fintechs chegarem vimos no que deu...
