★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço de concreto usinado com a Polytech, sendo com aditivo de acelerador de cura, pois meu cronograma exigia rapidez, pois bem, a laje poderia ser retirada a escora com 10 dias, mas só pela aparência do concreto e a facilidade em furar a laje, percebi que estava muito estranho e resolvi não tirar a escora, liguei e mandei mensagens diversas vezes procurando ajuda da Polytech, a vendedora visualizava as mensagens e não respondia, solicitei a documentação que foi incluído aditivo e a resistência do concreto aos 10 dias, e NADA, ainda disseram que os documentos são de uso interno deles, ridículo, já que eu paguei por algo que não tive, fora que atrasaram a entrega do concreto, fiquei com minha equipe parada um dia inteiro pq não mandaram no dia correto, NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM.
 I hired the machined concrete service with Polytech, with a curing accelerator additive, as my schedule required speed, because well, the slab could be removed from the prop with 10 days, but only because of the appearance of the concrete and the ease in drilling the slab, I realized that it was very strange and decided not to remove the prop, I called and texted several times looking for help from Polytech, the seller viewed the messages and did not respond, requested the documentation that included an additive and the strength of the concrete at 10 days, and NOTHING, they still said that the documents are for their internal use, ridiculous, since I paid for something I didn't have, apart from delaying the delivery of the concrete, I stayed with my team for a whole day because they didn't send it on the correct day, NO INDICATE NO ONE.

Terrible company, does not give back to the customer, delays at the time of concreting, does not provide the invoice and poor quality concrete. I don't recommend it, they will get angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu recomendo o trabalho dessa empresa, fechei as 2 lajes do meu sobrado com eles e não tive nenhum problema e nenhuma dor de cabeça. Organizados, super pontual, chegaram na hora certa que combinamos na obra, e após a obra deixaram tudo limpinho. Parabéns pelo profissionalismo de vocês.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem compromisso com horário a mais de 1 hora de atraso e fora as desculpas que dao para nos clientes. Sem contar que era para encher no sábado dia 5 e falaram que quebrou a bomba onde um dos trabalhadores da bomba relatou que trabalhou no dia 5 sabado até as 18 horas . Remarcou para dia 8 terca feira as 15 horas já são 16:30 i até agora nada. Péssima empresa.
No commitment to schedule more than 1 hour late and apart from the excuses they give to customers. Not to mention that it was supposed to be filled on Saturday 5th and they said that the pump broke where one of the pump workers reported that he worked on Saturday 5th until 6 pm. Rescheduled for the 8th of tuesday at 15:00 it is already 16:30 and still nothing. Bad company.
