★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eu amei, apesar da demora, devemos entender que não é culpa da clinica ou das atendentes pela demora, na maioria das vezes os médicos tem suas particularidades e demoram um pouco mais. excelentes médicos, ambiente climatizado e bom atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma hora tomando chá de cadeira para ser atendido pois não marcam horário e sim ordem de chegada. Aí tentam enfiar o máximo possível de consulta em um microhorario. Não conseguem dar vencimento e os clientes ficam esperando. Não volto mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parecia que estávamos no SUS de tanto que demorou, isso porque qdo chegamos só tinha umas 5 crianças, detalhe fiquei observando e vi que passava algumas crianças na frente, fui falar com a recepcionista que desmentiu dizendo que era por ordem de chegada, então aquelas pessoas eram as que não foram atendidas na semana passada e acumulou.
Resumindo Péssimo atendimento não indicaria a ninguém!!!

Lá, como na maioria dos consultórios, o atendimento é por hora marcada e você tem um horário limite para chegar, porém, a regra só se aplica aos pacientes, porque o médico que agendei, um ortopedista, resolveu receber um representante comercial no horário de atendimento. Resultado: foi chamar a primeira paciente com QUASE UMA HORA DE ATRASO! Desrespeito total, porque era uma senhora de idade e tinha chegado lá por volta de meio-dia, com a intenção de ser atendida logo que o médico chegasse, deveria ter sido chamada às 14h, mas só foi atendida perto das 15h. Isso gerou um atraso em cadeia para quem também esperava atendimento, como eu, que cheguei às 12:30h, sem almoçar, querendo ser uma das primeiras a ser atendida, porque ia viajar ainda no mesmo dia. Não recomendo mesmo! A falta de compromisso começa antes de você sequer olhar na cara do médico.

Would not recommend it at all! Lack of commitment begins before you even look into the doctor's face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível, marquei atendimento com psicólogo e NÃO fui permitido de ser atendido porquê precisava de um encaminhamento clínico, oque depois foi constado que não precisava pela SUPERIOR da atendente.
Aconteceu o mesmo com Dermatologista, ou seja, falta de treinamento com os atendentes, não fazem o mínimo para o paciente.
A dermatologista apenas atende em horários que a Clínica supostamente ''oferece'' foi me dito que era de segunda-feira e sexta-feira, mas não todas as semanas.
Se puder evitar essa clínica, evite.
The service is horrible, I made an appointment with a psychologist and I was NOT allowed to be seen because I needed a clinical referral, which was later confirmed by the SUPERIOR of the attendant.
The same happened with Dermatologists, that is, lack of training with the attendants does not do the least for the patient.
The dermatologist only sees at times that the Clinic supposedly ''offers'' I was told it was Monday and Friday, but not every week.
If you can avoid this clinic, avoid it.
