Liguei pela manhã perguntando da disponibilidade de um produto e desligaram sem nem me responder (pois não tinham o produto e nem se deram o trabalho de responder). Eu então liguei de novo, pois na hora pensei que a ligação tinha caído e fui atendido muito mal, ele apenas disse "não tenho" e desligou.
Péssimo isso, seja profissional, faça o seu trabalho e trate bem seus clientes, isso é básico.
Terrible attendance.
I called in the morning asking about the availability of a product and they hung up without even answering me (since they didn't have the product and they didn't even bother to answer). I then called again, because at the time I thought the call had dropped and I was answered very badly, he just said "I don't have it" and hung up.
That sucks, be professional, do your job and treat your customers well, this is basic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perguntei sobre o produto e ele até se dispôs a tentar ajudar, mas não conhece sobre os produtos que vende, infelizmente. Ele apenas disse que não tinha e desligou na minha cara, nem esperou eu agradecer pelo contato. Não efetuar a venda não quer dizer que o cliente tenha que ser descartado, pois assim em uma eventual necessidade eu vou descartar a loja também. Em tempos de pandemia em que o telefone é primordial com certeza a loja já perdeu diversos clientes.

He just said he didn't and hung up on me, nor did he wait for me to thank him for the contact. Not making the sale does not mean that the customer has to be discarded, because then in an eventual need I will discard the store as well. In times of pandemic when the telephone is paramount, the store has certainly lost several customers.
