Bom dia,
Fui acompanhar a minha tia no hospital, uma consulta que estava marcada há mais de dois meses.
Ela se encontra com câncer no pâncreas... e infelizmente em estado delicado.
Ao chegar na recepção nos deparamos com um senhor super grosso... estava tratando os pacientes muito mal e quando o paciente perguntava alguma questão, ele respondia em alto tom... para que todos na fila ouvissem.
Ao chegar no posto de enfermagem, havia uma enfermeira sentada no computador e outra no telefone. Eu falei com a primeira
" Posso tirar uma dúvida? " e ela logo respondeu não sou daqui.
A outra continuou ao telefone e depois de alguns segundos ironicamente disse " Agora posso te atender".
Ficamos aguardando a senha ser chamada na tela... quando finalmente fomos chamada caminhamos até a porta, porém de maneira lenta... pois minha tia tem dificuldade para se locomover.
Quando chegamos no consultório... o médico já estava com outro paciente, e disse " Eu chamei sua senha, como não veio, chamei outro paciente". Pediram para aguardarmos em frente a porta
Ao retornar no guiche de marcação de exames, a moça estava com a cara super feia e disse o exame será agendado para o domingo... e eu disse " Domingo abre?"
E ela falou infelizmente trabalhamos tudo Sábado, Domingo, feriado, dia e noite...
Para finalizar ao parar o elevador eu perguntei "Vai descer?", e a acessorista disse "Sim.. mas ta cheio neh".
Ou seja, toda a experiência que tive hj no hospital foi negativa. Tive que sair de perto da minha tia para chorar, já estava abalada com tanta falta de educação e empatia.

Good Morning,
I went to accompany my aunt to the hospital, an appointment that had been scheduled for more than two months.
She has pancreatic cancer... and unfortunately in a delicate condition.
When we arrived at the reception, we came across a super rude gentleman... he was treating patients very badly and when the patient asked a question, he answered in a loud tone... so that everyone in the queue could hear.
Upon arriving at the nursing station, there was a nurse sitting at the computer and another on the phone. I spoke to the first
" Can I ask a question?" and she immediately replied I'm not from here.
The other continued on the phone and after a few seconds ironically said "Now I can answer you".
We were waiting for the password to be called on the screen... when we were finally called we walked to the door, but slowly... because my aunt has difficulty getting around.
When we arrived at the office... the doctor was already with another patient, and said "I called your password, as you didn't come, I called another patient". They asked us to wait in front of the door.
When I returned to the exam appointment window, the girl had a super ugly face and said the exam will be scheduled for Sunday... and I said "Does Sunday open?"
And she said, unfortunately, we work everything Saturday, Sunday, holiday, day and night...
Finally, when I stopped the elevator, I asked "Are you going down?", and the assistant said "Yes.. but it's full right".
In other words, the whole experience I had in the hospital today was negative. I had to leave my aunt's side to cry, I was already shaken by so much lack of manners and empathy.

Muitos pacientes reclamam da demora, número de pessoas a serem atendidas mas, é imprescindível esclarecer que essa instituição NÃO PERTENCE à qualquer esfera governamental.
Depende de doações.
Eu mesmo tenho sido atendido desde 2015, submetido a várias intervenções cirúrgicas bem sucedidas, levando-se em conta a gravidade de minhas lesões.
Devido ao ótimo atendimento, pacientes de inúmeros municípios, tanto do estado de São Paulo, como de diversos outros, consequentemente ocorre a “sobrecarga”.
A philanthropic institution that provides excellent service!
Many patients complain about the delay, the number of people to be seen, but it is essential to clarify that this institution DOES NOT BELONG to any government sphere.
It depends on donations.
I myself have been assisted since 2015, undergoing several successful surgical interventions, taking into account the severity of my injuries.
Due to the excellent service, patients from numerous cities, both in the state of São Paulo, as well as in several others, consequently “overload”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Dia 2 de janeiro 2021. Uma pessoa precisou ser atendida e levamos na santa casa. Mais de 4horas de espera para a médica dizer que não tem injetáveis para dor e só receita dipirona.
Terrible attendance. January 2, 2021. A person needed to be seen and we took him to the holy house. More than 4 hours of waiting for the doctor to say that she does not have injectables for pain and only prescribes dipyrone.
