★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viagem marcada p Março/21, pagamento a vista em Janeiro/21, devido a pandemia foi remarcado 3 vezes!! Somente na última data q foi p Novembro/21, eles disseram q não haveria a viagem, pois o hotel não fez a reserva, e p devolverem o dinheiro, tinham q aguardar o hotel ? Aguardar o hotel q não fez a reserva!!! Os 90 dias já se passaram e nada do reembolso, já fomos no Procon e nada foi resolvido ? Descaso c o cliente, absurdo!
Meu pai não será mais um enganado por esse tipo de pessoas desonestas, ele tem família, e sabemos muito bem dos nossos direitos!
Trip scheduled for March/21, cash payment in January/21, due to the pandemic, it was rescheduled 3 times!! Only on the last date, which was November/21, they said there would be no trip, as the hotel did not make the reservation, and to return the money, they had to wait for the hotel ? Wait for the hotel that did not make the reservation!!! The 90 days have passed and no refund, we have already gone to Procon and nothing has been resolved ? Customer neglect, absurd!
My father will no longer be deceived by these kind of dishonest people, he has a family, and we know very well our rights!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, estava pagando uma viagem e eles alteraram a data 3 vezes. Pedi reembolso e a princípio eles deram um prazo de 90 dias e agora não respondem mais. Falaram que estavam esperando o hotel pagar e agora falaram que estão com problemas pessoais, lembrando que eu to esperando o reembolso desde 15 de outubro de 2021. Simplesmente péssimo, só quero o meu dinheiro de volta e levarei como aprendizado nunca mais confiar nessas agências pequenas
Horrible experience, I was paying for a trip and they changed the date 3 times. I asked for a refund and at first they gave me 90 days and now they don't respond anymore. They said they were waiting for the hotel to pay and now they say they have personal problems, remembering that I've been waiting for a refund since October 15, 2021. It's just terrible, I just want my money back and I will take it as a learning experience never to trust these small agencies again

Eu, minha mãe, meu esposo, meu padrasto, compramos uma viagem 2019 por conta da pandemia acabou tendo algumas mudanças com datas até então tudo bem, só que já estamos em março de 2022 e mesmo já podendo viajar normalmente eles mudaram a data… isso porque estava marcado para o dia 17 de março de 2022 eles nos avisaram que não havia mais a viagem uma semana antes ou seja nos programamos meu esposo pegou férias no trabalho dele e uma semana antes avisando que não vai ter mais a viagem por conta de alguns passageiros que também iria viajar nessa data teria pegado COVID… enfim solicitamos o dinheiro de volta e ela deu um prazo para devolver o dinheiro de cinco dias úteis quando deu prazo eu fui tirar satisfação, saber se estava tudo certo, ela não me respondia e passou do prazo e ela não tinha feito reembolso ainda quando eu fui tirar satisfação novamente ela me bloqueou…
Péssima Experiência não recomendo pra ninguém muita falta de organização e mal educação!
Horrible experience! Me, my mother, my husband, my stepfather, we bought a 2019 trip because of the pandemic ended up having some changes with dates so far so good, it's just that it's March 2022 and even though we can travel normally they changed the date... because it was scheduled for March 17, 2022 they informed us that there was no longer the trip a week before, that is, we scheduled my husband took a vacation at his work and a week before warning that he will no longer have the trip because of some passengers who would also travel on that date would have caught COVID... in short, we asked for the money back and she gave me a deadline of five working days to return the money. the deadline and she hadn't made a refund yet when I went to get satisfaction again she blocked me...
Terrible Experience I do not recommend to anyone a lot of lack of organization and bad manners!
