Os destinos escolhidos são muito bem elaborados, com guias falando português em todo o percurso. Os hotéis são muito bem equipados. Eu recomendo.
A very ethical and responsible company in the religious tourism segment. I've done 3 trips with the Cathedral, and all were spotless. It delivers on what it promises. The chosen destinations are very well prepared, with guides speaking Portuguese all the way. The hotels are very well equipped. I recommend.

Atrasam SEMPRE cerca de 3 hora para sair e quando ligo no 0800 não me passam a informação pedida. O atendente EDUARDO, sendo um agente de tráfego desse contato não sabe prestar informações e é muito mal educado. Já abri uma reclamação na ANTT pela falta de respeito com os passageiros.
Nunca mais compro passagem desse LIXO de empresa.
Deveria existir um ramal em que pudéssemos ter informações quanto à saída do ônibus uma vez a empresa vende passagens onde o passageiro embarca em locais diferentes da rodoviária.
GARBAGE company
They are ALWAYS about 3 hours late to leave and when I call 0800 they do not give me the information requested. The attendant EDUARDO, being a traffic agent for this contact, does not know how to provide information and is very rude. I have already opened a complaint with ANTT for the lack of respect for passengers.
I will never buy a ticket from this company again.
There should be an extension where we could have information about the departure of the bus since the company sells tickets where the passenger boards in different places from the bus station.
